Friday Black-Hart | Original
Day, Friday Black, Friday Hart, Frizie (Bobby) | "Thirteen" "Why don't you go walk under a ladder?" "Byte Me" |
Human/Dathrian hybrid - Alien Vampire Slayer | 13 November 1987 (19) | Shoulder-length black hair, brown eyes | Mobile | Slayer |
Power: Sex change - she can change the sex of anybody (including herself) and anything (what? cables have female and male ends). She also has slayer abilites which are stronger than usual due to the fact that she's a hybrid.
Family: Human mother and Dathrian father divorced. Lives with father (Troy), step mother (Jennifer), two half sisters (Katarina and Holly) and a half brother (Jack). Daughter, Elektra (Father - Zac). Husband, Eron Hart XV.
Comments: Friday's parents divorced because her human mother had difficulty handling the fact that her husband was an alien. As they didn't believe Friday had any powers, she remained with her mother. However, Friday's powers turned out to be latent, revealing themselves at age 15. When her mother discovered this she immediately freaked out and shipped her off to live with her father. Naturally, Friday resented this abandoment and reacting by lashing out at everyone and generally driving her father and his family batty.
Then, in response to the first alien/human vampire coming into existance, Friday became a slayer. Not believing in vampires, magic or any of that sort of thing, Friday fought against the very idea. She was just starting to get used to the idea (and perhaps even to fit in with her family) when the slayer school was formed. Friday's immediate reaction was rejection, because let's face it, the last time she got powers her mother shipped her off to the other side of the country, and now they were wanting to ship her off to the otherside of the world. So, despite the fact that she knew that it was a good idea to attend, Friday fought against it. In the end, of course, Friday fit in rather better than she expected, despite her inital dismay at discovering her roommate, Armelle, was the princess of Denmark (The two became close enough friends that Armelle was later her maid of honour at her wedding). Friday, being one of the stronger slayers, was often rotated between patrols. Friday took the death of her classmate, Lilly Death, while on patrol very seriously, to the point where she blamed herself for her death (wherein she met the telepathic vamprie Dylan, whom spent many months trapped in the body of a girl as a result of that encounter). John Connor was concerned and arranged for her to attend church services at the Order of Light. It was while she attended these services that Friday met Eron Hart XV, a young knight planning on becoming a paladin upon his graduation. The two became fast friends and this soon changed to courting. Friday received a scare during her final year of high school, wherein she was kidnapped by Dylan (who's masculinity was permanently restored). Eron rescued her and dusted Dylan. The encounter, however, which almost lead to her being turned, scared Friday deeply. It was at this time that all the time she had spent attending church services really spoke to her and she made the decision to become a Christian and join the Order of Light. Friday and Eron became engaged. They married two months later, just a couple of weeks before they graduated high school. They have decided (after their honeymoon) to patrol in Australia.

Partly recovered through therapy, but the final healing was done by Natalie. Julie Rocks | Original
Formally Julie Williams, Formally Julie Drake-Rocks | AngelicOne | Human | 7 September 1985 (20) | Redish-brown hair. Average height. Fat despite working out due to having 6 kids in 3 years. | Tulsa | Mother, game designer and programmer for own company |
Power: None. Unless you count having twins.
Family: Mum, Dad, younger bro (Frank), younger sister (Dana). Mother to twins B'Elanna and Tom (Father being Zac), twins Tinga (Octavian) and Josh (Avalanche), twins Cindy and Dax (Bobby)
Comments: As a child, Julie had an IQ test done which resulted in a 'genius' rating (actual score unknown). As a result, her parents didn't pay her quite as much attention as they did her siblings, thinking that "she'll be right". Unfortunately, their inattention led to Julie having certain insecurity issues and ultimately she became a raging slut, loosing her virginity at 13. The only period of faithfulness to one partner in her life was during her marriage to Bobby, before they separated.
Julie runs an online computer game company with Annika, in partnership with Cliff, Binar and Corinne. For a subscription, players can access multiple games, which she designed, on her servers. When her company started bringing in the money, she hired a nanny, Olivia, who was also a shape shifter. When Julie learned that her first pregnancy was to alien children, thank you Zac, her friend Rachel recommended attendance at Xavier's school. After Julie announced her second pregnant - a mutant one - her father disowned her. Furious, Julie decided disowning worked both ways and changed her name to "Rocks". She took especial pleasure at Scott having to call her "Julie Rocks" while at the school, which whom she shared a mutual dislike. After her marriage to Bobby, she put off changing her name, but eventually hypenated it to "Drake-Rocks". She didn't change it back to just Rocks until after their divorce was finalised. Her third pregnancy, Cindy and Dax were born in an alternate universe when she joined the party responsible for getting Zac pregnant. When they left the alternate dimension, Cindy and Dax were the exact same age as Tinga and Josh, so she now passes them off as quadruplets. After the separation, Julie moved in with Zac in Tulsa. Olivia did not come with her, having her own life in New York. She is also at odds with Octavian, who doesn't want anything to do with his daughter, Tinga. Julie doesn't care that he's not interested in being a father, but his lack of acknowledgement of Tinga beyond a monetary concern is grating her nerves. Her mother has made an effort to try and patch things up between them.

Rogue LeBeau | Unoriginal
Marie D'Ancanto | Rogue | Mutant | 22 (1986) | Brown hair with prominant white streak. Green eyes. | New York | X-man/Teacher |
Power: Rogue absorbs peoples' life force. Humans usually fall into a coma of varying length depending on how much she takes. In the case of anyone with powers, she will borrow their powers for a time. This can result in the target being weakened for a time. Rogue also retains their psyche in her head, and downloads their memories.
If she has absorbed someone at the moment of their death, she can acquire their powers (if any) "permanently". At the moment, she has the abilities of Ms Marvel, which are super strength, flight, invulnerability (to injury, not to sickness) and a danger sense. Rogue's power allows grants the side-effect of making her difficult, if not impossible to read. All the different psyches in her head mean that any telepath who goes looking inside her head has to watse time trying to figure out what's Rogue and what's everyone else.
Family: Married to Gambit.
Comments: Rogue grew up in Calecott County, Mississippi and her mutation manifested when she had the audacity to kiss her would be boyfriend, David. He fell into a coma for three weeks, and after her family and friends started avoiding her, Rogue ran away. Because her power stubbornly refused to let her control it, Rogue wore gloves to felt prevent her from accidentally touching people. She also dropped her real name and started only going by "Rogue".
After six months on the road she fell into the company of Wolverine, and soon thereafter the X-men. Barely settled down that the Xavier Institute, Rogue got kidnapped by Magneto in a bid to use her to power his machine for the purpose of turning those who were attending the UN Summit into mutants. She was rescued by the X-men, of course, but not before the machine had a chance to put a white streak through her hair. This streak has never grown out or faded, and unbeknownst to Rogue, has become a permanent part of her DNA. In 2003, Rogue was given a red fuzzle by Taylor Hanson. She named her Liberty, because she was actually able to touch her without absorbing her. A few weeks later, she met Gambit. The two became instant friends. While waiting to meet Gambit one day, Rogue was attacked by a human/dathrian hybrid name Calvin, who had some unpleasant plans for the southern gal. This proved to be fatal for Calvin, for once Rogue had been knocked out she couldn't get out of the contact made when he touched her skin. After the initial side-effects of having what was left of Calvin control her body for a day, Rogue found she still had his atom manipulation. Her powers an obvious obstacle, Rogue eventually assured Gambit that she didn't mind if he saw other women. A week later, she acquired a choker, courtesy of Hank McCoy that could shut off her power and make touch possible. Ironically, she ended up dating Jono. January 2004, after returning from a camp in Australia, Julie arranged to take off her choker during breakfast and touched Rogue's skin. A badly injured Julie went into a coma and Rogue was able to seek vengeance on her behalf. Unfortunately, Julie's personality had some unexpected side effects and when Gambit came to return Liberty to Rogue, she threw herself at him. Jono's telepathy instantly caught her infidelity, and their relationship ended. Rogue felt uncomfortable at the mansion after this, for although her friends were more inclined to forgive her - Julie being in her head and all - it didn't take away from the fact that Jono was still angry and bitter, and Demetria (Gambit's now ex-girlfriend) was inconsolable. Between that and not being entirely certain what she wanted to do with herself, Rogue chose to go traveling for a year after she graduated. March 2004, Rogue learned the significance of white and black fuzzles. Liberty and Gambit's fuzzle Red got on marvelously, you see, and had already had a litter. One of the litter was a white, whom Rogue named Zurina. When approached by Walker Hanson on the subject, Rogue agreed to visit the Hansons where Zurina fought and defeated Taylor's black fuzzle Malory. Zurina was very unhappy about the whole thing but has since started to slowly return to her old self. During her year of travels, Rogue took up fuzzle breeding, taught self defence classes in Genovia, joined a mutant/alien circus, learnt sign language and encountered Mick and the Caretakers. The Caretakers turned out to be an international organisation interested in promoting mutant rights. One of their operatives, Ms Marvel, had been poisoned and Mick enlisted Rogue's help in acquiring the knowledge that Ms Marvel had given her life to get. Rogue reluctantly consented, and ended up with Ms Marvels many powers permanently. After Rogue returned from her travels, she joined up officially with the X-men and took up teaching an espionage class at the school. Rogue also met Gambit's ex-wife, Bella Donna, to whom Gambit introduced her as his fiancee. Three weeks later, Gambit actually proposed, and Rogue accepted. Four months before their marriage, Rogue lost Calvin's atom manipulation, however using his powers for the two years or so that she had them, had allowed her to learn techniques that proved invaluable in understanding how to control her native powers, so that she no longer needed her choker. After she and Gambit married, Rogue legally changed her name from her birth name "Marie D'Ancanto" to "Rogue LeBeau". Rogue was asked to introduce herself to Duke Braddock, who had developed memory related powers that, like hers, were triggered by touch and tended to hurt the victim. The two discovered that their powers wouldn't work on each other and Rogue has since taken up being Duke's mentor. In December 2006, Rogue met Corinne, whom she accidentally absorbed. In the series of premonitistic visions that assaulted her, Rogue learned that the reason for the couple of dizzy spells she had had during the year could be explained by her body absorbing babies that she had conceived. Horrified by this idea, Rogue immediately consulted with Hank, who was able to confirm that yes, he power had been operating on and off on a low level, and yes, that could explain the dizzy spells. Although Rogue has since been working had to master power control, she freaked out Gambit when her eyes turned into his. 2008 was the last year that Rogue taught the espionage class, as she was concerned about losing Ms Marvels knowledge in the middle of the school year. She has not noticed Ms Marvels voice getting any quieter, nor has she lost any of her powers, but she is being conservative in their use all the same.
