Sabretooth, Victory, Logan and Mordred
Sabretooth was walking down a corridor in Glory's compound, when he heard a conversation that made him pause and listen harder.
"Do you think the Great Glorificus will reward us when she returns if we have all five of the cat's kittens to present to her?"
"Induibitably. And I think we should see if we can capture their cousins as well. There are the ones born to Drusilla the broken Seer of the line of Aurelius..."
"They would be easy to train if we took them now."
"What about the one we already have? The one belonging to the mutant who calls himself after an extinct beast?"
"She grows in power every day. She...have you not noticed how she befuddles the lower class demons?"
"Yes. I have. We should start training her."
"When should we begin?"
"Tomorrow is soon enough...and send the word out that the four remaining kittens of Nyx are to be captured."
Sabretooth edged away from the door, then ran for Victory. She was with Xavier.
"Baby, we need to go. Now." He scooped her up into his arms.
"What's wrong?" Xavier asked, sitting up on the bed slightly.
"They want her littermates, and they're going to take her tomorrow. I'm going now. Sorry I can't..."
"I understand. Now go."
Sabretooth nodded and fled to his room. He sat down at the computer and tapped a letter off to Logan, before getting the bare nessicties for him and Victory and sneaking out of the compound. He left Japan to go to Europe on the next available flight.

YOU'VE GOT MAIL. Logan's computer announced and he opened the new message.
He dropped his cup of coffee in shock as he read it.
Take Kan and run. Tell other fathers of Nyx's kittens. Beware kidnappers. Leaving Japan. They want to train them to serve Glory. Run like hell. Sabretooth.
Logan darted off a message to Mordred, then got Kanika. He was en route to America with her in an hour.

Mordred bit down on his lip as he read the terse missive from Logan. He better find Faith and find out how to get in contact with Angel and Zac.
He pushed back from his chair and went to find her, face worried.
"Faith? I need Zac and Angel's phone numbers, or e-mail addresses."
Faith
"Yeah, sure, what's up? Do you want me to tell them?"
Faith's expression turned worried. If Zac and Angel were in danger, she'd die to keep them safe.
"Is there anything I can do?" she asked, scribbing down their numbers and handing them to Mordred. "If they're in danger, either of them, I want to help."
Mordred
"I just got a message from Logan. He's left Japan. Glory's after the kittens."
Mordred took the phone numbers.
"Thought I better give Angel and Zac a heads up."
Faith and Angel
"Hold on..."
Faith bit her lip and concentrated.
"Angel?"
"Faith, what's up?"
"Glory's after the kittens. Take Serafina and go into hiding."
"Thanks for the heads up. Keep safe."
"You know me."
Faith turned back to Mordred. "Angel's going."
Mordred
"That's handy," Mordred remarked.
"I better ring Zac. Don't know what he can do, exactly...but forewarned is forearmed. And Nyx wouldn't have left Saku there if she thought Zac couldn't take care of him."
He turned to go.
Faith
Faith nodded.
"He has an active power. I'll call the Charmed Ones to look over him. If he needs help, they'll be there... if I can't."
She folded her arms.
"Good luck."
Mordred
"Thanks."
Mordred left and rang the number Faith had given him. He waited for Zac to pick up.
Isaac and Zac
"Man, I thought I turned that off..." Zac said, hearing his phone ring.
"Make it quick, Zac," Isaac warned. "We go on soon."
Zac nodded and picked up.
"Hello?"
Mordred
"Hello, is that Zac? This is Mordred Lewllyn, from Mutant High," Mordred said.
He was keeping a careful telepathic watch over Faolan as he spoke.
Zac and Isaac
"Oh, hi Mordred," Zac said pleasently. "How are things? How's Faolan?"
Isaac gave Zac a look that clearly said "hurry up". Zac waved a hand at him.
Mordred
"Faolan's fine. I ah, got a message from Logan that you should know about."
Mordred took a breath.
"You know Glory? She's after all of Nyx's kittens. Angel's already been told and Logan left Japan."
Zac
"She is? Why?" Zac gulped. "Wait... probably because they're Nyx's right? Damn... thanks for the heads up."
He chewed his lip, wondering what the best thing would be to do.
Mordred
"Yeah, thought it would be best to let you know. I know I'd go insane if something happened and I could have prevented it if I'd just known..."
Mordred trailed off for a moment, and winced slightly.
"Anyway, forewarned is forearmed, right? I'm staying at the mansion, and Logan's...somewhere in America by now, I think. I don't know what Angel's doing. He might come here as well."
Zac
"Okay," Zac replied. "This is the problem with being in the public eye, I can't really go into hiding without people noticing. If it hadn't been for Tay and Mouse getting abducted I'd say that I would be more than capable to protect him... but... y'know? I might..."
The next words caused him to choke a little.
"It might be better for me to send Saku somewhere safer... but I... I'm not sure I want us to be parted y'know... is that selfish of me?"
Mordred
"I don't think so," Mordred said quietly.
"You always want to be with the ones you love, and think about what Saku would feel like if you did. He's not gonna understand you're doing if for his safety. All he'll see is that his father is sending him away, and he's already more or less lost his mother."
Zac
"Yeah... yeah that's true," Zac replied. "I guess I'm just going to have to be extravigelent until I figure out what to do. Hopefully the threat will blow over soon."
Mordred
"Yeah, I think that's what we're all hoping. She did give up on Dawn after a while..."
Mordred thought for a moment.
"Anyway, I bet I caught you at a bad time. I'll let you go now I've told you. If she appears...I'd say the best thing to do would be run. Magic, you're not really set up to deal with. But she might use mutants, she might use aliens...who knows? She's used mutants before, but I think she relies more on magic."
Zac
"Yeah... running... not exactly an easy thing for me to do," Zac said. "And speaking of which, I do actually have to go. Concert is going to start soon and we have some last minute stuff to catch up on. Thank again for the advance notice. Talk to you soon."
Mordred
"Not a problem. Good luck with your concerts. Anything else comes up, I'll call you."
Mordred hung up and rubbed his chin thoughtfully for a moment.
He should go check on Faolan, actually.
Zac and Isaac
"Zac!"
"I'm coming, gee!"
"Who was it?"
"Mordred. And it was important - Glory is after Nyx's kittens. He was warning me that they'll be coming after Saku."
Isaac gave a low whistle.
"What are you going to do?"
"My best to make sure they don't get him."
