Power: Invisibility
Family: Mother, father, older sister, older brother
Comments: Had her own variety show at the age of 13, good friends with Frankie Muniz with who she co-starred in a movie.
Connor Reilly Unoriginal
Connor, Connor Angel, Steven Franklin Thomas Holtz, The Destroyer Connor Superhuman November 2001 Shaggy brown hair, clear blue eyes, tall, thin, androngynous looking LA Student
Power: Typical abilities of a vampire: superhuman strength, speed, durability, recuperation, and heightened senses; without their typical weaknesses (sunlight, crosses, holy water). He has been bested in battle by both Faith and Angel; however, he is stronger than most vampires and some forms of demons.
Family: Real parents - Angel and Darla. New "real" parents - Laurence and Colleen Reilly, a few younger siblings
Comments: He is a "miracle" child, a superhuman born of two powerful vampires, Angel and Darla. Darla, unable to physically give birth, kills herself to save Connor (she drives a wooden stake through her own heart, so as to leave the newborn Connor more or less unscathed). For the first few months of his life, Connor becomes a part of the Angel Investigations family, jointly raised by the entire group at the Hyperion Hotel.

Connor is prophesied to destroy the time-shifting demon lord known as Sahjhan. In an effort to negate the prophecy and save his own life, Sahjhan travels back and forth through time and rewrites the prophecy to read "The father will kill the son," in reference to Angel and Connor. Shocked and worried for the baby's safety, Wesley Wyndam-Pryce kidnaps the baby and plans on taking him away from Angel permanently in order to save his life. However, before Wesley has the chance to leave Los Angeles, Daniel Holtz orders his follower Justine Cooper to slit Wesley's throat and take Connor as vengeance for Angel's murder of his own family centuries ago. It was Holtz's intent to raise Connor as his own son, renaming him Steven Franklin Thomas Holtz. However, there were several factions that wanted baby Connor for different reasons, ultimately resulting in no one getting what they really wanted. The lawyers at Wolfram & Hart wanted the miracle baby to dissect and analyze it, Sahjhan wanted the baby killed, Holtz wanted to escape and raise the baby as his own, and Angel just wanted his son returned. In an intense power play, Holtz runs into a portal to a hell dimension, opened by Sahjhan, called Quor-Toth, with baby Connor in his arms.

Since time runs more quickly in Quor'Toth, Connor ages at an accelerated rate in relation to the time on Earth. He is forced to constantly fight for his life in this violent, demonic dimension. Holtz raises Connor as his son Steven and tells him tales about Angelus, Angel's soulless vampiric persona - especially what Angelus did to Holtz's family, as well as a slightly biased version of what Angel has become since regaining his soul. This effectively turns Connor against his true father and Connor grows to despise him. Mere days have passed since his disappearance in Los Angeles when Connor (called "The Destroyer" by beings in Quor'Toth) suddenly returns, now nearly eighteen years old. He punched a rift out of the dimension and is transported into the lobby of the Hyperion Hotel with one goal: to kill Angel. Conflict and confusion are abundant as Connor adjusts to life in L.A. and is further manipulated by Holtz, who had followed him back into this reality. Eventually, under his own plan, Holtz is killed by his loyal follower Justine in a manner that frames the vampire Angel for the action. Enraged, Connor (with help from Justine) seals Angel in a metal box and sinks him to the bottom of the ocean, where he can survive indefinitely due to his vampiric nature.

Afterwards, Connor seemingly joins Angel Investigations, who, at this point, consists of Gunn and Fred. During this time, their primary mission is searching for clues around the disappearance of both Angel and Cordelia. In the meantime, Gunn and Fred act as Connor's guardians. Upon Angel's return, relations are quite shaky, yet slowly improve, Connor even starting to call Angel "Dad" on occasion. Due to his difficult upbringing, Connor finds it difficult to develop emotional attachments to people, yet, once she returns, he forms a close bond with Cordelia Chase.

When a seemingly all-powerful demon lord known as The Beast rises from the ground in the very same place that he had been born, Connor feels responsible. As fire rains from the sky, he seeks solace in Cordelia's arms. Unknown to him, and to everyone else, is the fact that Cordelia is under the control of a powerful cosmic entity who seeks dominion over the human race, and who for years has been orchestrating events in order to be fully brought forth into the world. Connor's night of passion with Cordelia has serious repercussions as it allows the arrival of this very being, later named "Jasmine." It is revealed that Connor's existence was orchestrated in order for this event to occur.

Unfortunately, while everyone basks in the glory of Jasmine, who causes immense joy and peace for whomever is in her presence, Connor does not feel the same inner peace and is left with untold loneliness and isolation. Struggling with his inner demons and weary from the constant fighting, both for and against Angel, all he wants is to rest. This ultimately leads him into a desperate situation where he is willing to hurt not only himself, but others as well. In a final act of love, Angel agrees to take over the Los Angeles branch of Wolfram & Hart in exchange for his son's life. As per the agreement, Connor is to have a whole new existence as an ordinary boy raised in a happy family, with no memory of his kidnapping, his childhood in Quor-Toth with Holtz, and the subsequent year since his return. Connor dies at Angel's own hand so that he can be "reborn" into his new life, technically fulfilling the prophecy that "the father will kill the son". Other than Angel (and some special cases like Cordelia and Eve), everyone's memories are rewritten to accommodate this new reality.

Part of his new reality, Connor becomes Connor Reilly, the son of Laurence and Colleen Reilly. However, he is destined to cross Angel's path again. A few months after Angel takes over Wolfram & Hart, Laurence and Colleen bring Connor to the office in order to get some answers about their son. Apparently, Connor was hit by a van and suffered no injuries. Angel sends the family away, saying that there is nothing that he can do for their situation. Soon after, Connor's family is attacked by demons, and in the struggle, Connor displays an amazing feat of strength, much to everyone's surprise. Having no other choice, Angel informs Connor of his special abilities, but leaves out the fact that he is his father. However, the attacks were not random occurrences. Cyvus Vail, an elderly demonic sorcerer and the architect of Connor's new life, drew Connor out on purpose. Vail demands that Connor fulfill his destiny and kill Sahjhan, who Vail considers an enemy. When Angel resists, the demon Vail threatens to return Connor's memories.

Connor agrees to the fight, but is outmatched (due to having forgotten his formidable fighting skills). Meanwhile, Wesley discovers Angel's deception and confronts him at Vail's. No longer trusting Angel, he shatters the Orlon Window, a magical artifact holding the memories of Connor's original existence, which upon breaking restores the memories of those nearby and enables Connor to kill Sahjhan. Even though his memory is restored, Connor says goodbye and returns to the Reilly family.

Cordelia Chase Unoriginal
Cordy Cor Human/Half demon 25 - December, 1980 Short wavy brown hair, brown eyes, medium height and build, pretty, tanned skin LA Liaises with the Senior Partners
Power: Psychic link to "The Powers That Be" giving her painful visions with vague images, sounds and sometimes scents, part-demon transformation neutralized the harmful effects of the visions and let her levitate, generate a light that can purify souls and destroy certain creatures, astral project, and potentially do many other things, former cheerleading experience gives her the ability to mimic actions that she witnesses with little practice, within reason, skilled in swordplay and other methods of combat.
Family: Parents that fled Sunnydale when her father was being investigated by the IRS
Comments: Rich and beautiful, Cordelia led her clique, the "Cordettes," as the student body referred to them, at Sunnydale High and enjoyed ridiculing those she saw as inferior. She meets Buffy when she offers to share a textbook with her on her first day at the school and shows her to the library. Cordelia soon revealed herself to be a mean, popular cheerleader as she mocks Willow and Xander. That night, Buffy mistook her for a vampire and almost impaled her with a stake. Cordelia turned on Buffy and makes sure Buffy became a social outcast at the school.

Cordelia grew to accept the existence of dark forces in Sunnydale and she became a full-fledged member of the Scooby Gang. A corresponding fall in her social status reached a low with her publicized romance with Xander. Their relationship ended during their Senior year when she found him kissing Willow.

Her struggle to revive her popularity when her father's "little mistake on his taxes... for the last twelve years" costs her family everything, including their house and her car, cell phone, and wardrobe. She took a job at an expensive local boutique, April Fools, to pay for a prom dress on layaway. Cordelia didn't earn enough in time, but Xander found out and paid it off for her. Her brief, mutual infatuation with Wesley Wyndam-Pryce ended with two bad kisses before graduation. Cordelia found herself helping the Scoobies one last time during the Mayor's ascension with the aid of the rest of the Class of '99. She courageously slayed a vamp and helped the other students during the war.

Despite her intelligence and having been accepted to the likes of Columbia, Cordelia was unable to afford college, and therefore, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. She meets up with Angel at a Hollywood party, and she pretended to be successful, when she was, in fact, nearly penniless, renting a dilapidated apartment, and stealing food from such parties. Her agent is ignoring her calls, and she has no family to turn to, having severed ties. Desperate, Cordelia met with a producer who turned out to be a vampire.

After being rescued by Angel and talking to Allen Francis Doyle, Cordelia charmed Angel into turning his fight against evil into a business. She became Angel Investigations's office manager while still pursuing her acting career, but never broke out of commercials and plays. She reached a turning point when her budding romance with Doyle ends with his sudden death. Visibly devastated, Cordelia attempted to carry on, but during an audition for a commercial, she received her first vision, a gift transferred to her by Doyle during their first and last kiss. It gave her a powerful ability to help others.

As Angel's link to the Powers That Be, Cordelia grew more sensitive to the feelings of others as she experienced the pain of the subjects of each vision. The visions became increasingly frequent and intense, and began to physically damage her brain. For months, she secretly took powerful painkillers and underwent CAT scans that indicated the slow deterioration of her brain tissues. Yet when presented with the opportunity to pass her visions to the heroic Groosalugg during a short trip to the alternate demonic dimension Pylea, Cordelia refused, stating that the visions are a part of her and make her who she is, a hero.

But as the visions are intended for demons only, Cordelia struggled to hide the effects from her friends. This continued until her 21st birthday, when she is rocked by a vision that sends her spirit into an astral plane. This opportunity is seized upon by Skip, a mercenary demon who sells his expertise to the highest bidder; in this case, a fallen member of The Powers That Be waiting to manifest on Earth.

Skip masqueraded as Cordelia's guide from The Powers That Be. Through a series of manipulative events, such as selectively showing her excerpts of Angel calling her nothing but a rich girl from Sunnydale and giving her the "perfect" life as a successful actress that she has always wanted (knowing she would eventually look for a loophole), he transformed Cordelia into a part-demon. Cordelia could then harbour the visions without pain, but mystical side-effects came as well, including temporary physical manifestations of the subject and being able to re-enter the vision at a later point.

Unbeknownst to everyone, Cordelia's transformation also set in motion a major chain of events -- her body became suitable for use by the forces of evil. Cordelia's transformation gave her the power, not entirely under her control, to cleanse evil influence with a white glowing light.

Skip told her that as she had done so much good on Earth, she was ready to ascend to a higher plane to do more good as a higher being there. It was a ruse to get her onto the fallen power's plane, in order for it to enter Cordelia. Having been convinced by all she had seen and heard, Cordelia accepted the call to the higher plane, ascending into the sky surrounded by twinkling lights, eventually winking out of this dimension.

During the four months she lived on the higher plane, Cordelia was bored. Unable to talk to her friends and not doing any good, Cordelia finally returned to Earth from the higher plane, but the descent wiped out her personal memories and forces a fallen power with plans for the entire human race into hibernation. Angel hid the truth from Cordelia, fearing it would be too much for her to handle. Confused and suspicious of Angel Investigations and those who work there, Cordelia sought the truth and is horrified by what she discovered. After being attacked by a violent demon and several Wolfram & Hart operatives, Cordelia was rescued by Connor, and, feeling safe with him, decided to live in his loft. She appreciated Connor's honesty about the supernatural.

During her stay, Cordelia felt lost and alone, and became frustrated with her inability to remember her past. She realized that she needs to learn to defend herself again. As his father did a year earlier, Connor offers to train Cordelia in combat. Cordelia's natural athleticism and warrior's heart make her a natural fighter, and during one session, a jubilant victory hug from Cordelia to Connor became a stolen kiss. To Connor's dismay, Cordelia couldn't let anything happen until she knew who she really was.

Cordelia's memories were finally restored through a spell by Lorne, but the spell awoke the fallen power, too.

While pregnant and under Jasmine's possession, she butchered the last sun totem Manjet, Lilah Morgan, and the Svear family to serve Jasmine's plans. She convinced Angel and his team to bring back Angelus to distract them and to keep her plans secret. Cordelia then stole Angel's soul so Angel cannot return, and continually tells Connor that they are special, deceiving him into believing that the rest of the group hate them and would kill their baby.

Eventually, Cordelia is discovered and Angel's team interrogate Skip, who revealed Jasmine's plan. He said that all the events of the last four years had been carefully nudged into place. Skip also tells them that Jasmine could not be removed from Cordelia without killing her or putting her into a permanent, vegetative state.

Cordelia performs a ritual with Connor's help to bring Jasmine out and manifest on this plane at last. Afterwards, Cordelia falls into a coma, her life-force having been drained. After Angel joins Wolfram & Hart, Cordelia was transferred to their hospital in an effort to revive her.

Eve
[AKA] Eve... il Unknown Unknown... she looks young, but she has hinted around the fact she may be very old Mousey brown hair, hazel eyes, very slight build, young features LA [Occupation]
Power: Unknown
Family: Unknown
Comments: Answers to the senior partners, and is Angel's liasion to the Wolfram and Hart firm. She's annoying and sticks her nose in where it's not wanted... which is everywhere. Knows a lot of things she shouldn't. The poor man's Lilah.
Winifred Burkle Unoriginal
Fred Physics Girl Human 28 Long brown hair, big hazel eyes. Tall, very thin. Occasionally wears glasses. LA Head of the Science Division at Wolfram and Hart
Power: Not powers as such, but she has a genius-level intellect, full knowledge of mathematics, physics, and other sciences, proficient in melee combat and she is a skilled inventor .
Family: Parents (Roger and Patricia) back in Dallas, but she doesn't really see them much anymore. Angel Investigations are her family now.
Comments: Fred was born in Dallas, Texas to Roger and Patricia Burkle. When she finished college, she moved to Los Angeles for graduate school at UCLA. Originally majoring in history, Fred took a physics class with Professor Seidel which inspired her to take another path. Around this time, she began working at Stewart Brunell Public Library. In 1996, while shelving a demon language book, a curious Fred recited the cryptic text out loud and was accidentally sucked into a dimensional portal to Pylea (her future friend Lorne was sucked into the same portal on his side and ended up in Los Angeles). It was later discovered that the portal was actually opened by Fred's jealous college professor, Professor Seidel, who had sent every promising student to it, essentially sending them to their death; Fred was the only one of at least six to return.

For five years, Fred spent an arduous life as a "cow," the Pylean equivalent of a slave. The harsh life of solitude and serfdom took a serious toll on her social skills, as well as her mental health; and when Angel meets Fred, she is curled up in a cave, scribbling on the already-covered walls, having seemingly convinced herself that her previous life in LA had not been real. It was revealed that Fred had once been forced to wear an explosive shock collar. However, Fred's salvation comes when Angel and his crew arrive in Pylea to find Cordelia Chase, who had become trapped there. It is notable that when Angel's demon came fully to the fore, it attacked just about everyone but Fred - including Charles and Wesley. Despite this shocking display of violence, Angel never seemed to scare Fred, and even at his most demonic, he never attacked her, with her actually seeming to have a calming effect on him. When Pylea is liberated, Fred accompanies Angel and the rest of the gang back to Los Angeles and stays in the Hyperion Hotel to re-adjust to life on Earth and regain her mental stability. Despite several traumatic instances, such as being held hostage by Gunn's old vampire-hunting crew, she adjusts quite well to "normal" life. Her knowledge of physics and mathematics make her an excellent asset when researching and developing strategies. Fred quickly develops a romantic relationship with Gunn, which lasts roughly one year. She is also the object of affection of Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, who attempts to step aside after Gunn and Fred started dating, but is still drawn to her. Near the end of her relationship with Gunn, Fred and Wesley share a kiss, but after discovering that Wesley had been in a relationship - albeit a rather complex one - with Lilah Morgan, her feelings for Wesley cool.

Eventually, Fred discovers that it was actually her former professor's fault that she had been trapped in Pylea, and indeed, Professor Seidel had attempted to trap her in another world again. Furious, she plots to kill him, with Wesley's help. Gunn, however, feels that such a brutal act, even against Seidel, will ultimately destroy her, and as a result, in a battle where she is trying to trap him in a hell dimension, Gunn snaps Seidel's neck himself and drops the body into the portal. Unfortunately, this causes a rift between Fred and Gunn, and ultimately ends their relationship.

However, everything changes for Fred when she and the rest of Angel's crew joins Wolfram & Hart. Fred receives her own laboratory and becomes the head of Wolfram & Hart's Science Division. She is a major asset to the team; Angel consistently relies on her department to quickly and efficiently solve problems.

Illyria Unoriginal
Illyria Pure demon - one of the "Old Ones", legendary pure demons from the Primordium Age Unknown, but likely millenia Long brown hair with electric blue streaks, blue eyes, a blueish tinge to the skin, tall, thin (in humanoid form). Demonic form - five tentacles on either side of her torso that she used like arms, which were flexible and dexterous to the point that she could clutch and operate weapons with them. She had two claw-like feet that allowed her to perch, much like an eagle. The rest of Illyria's form is obscured by armor, but her humanoid shape suggests that her head and torso are in much the same configuration as a human's. LA - Wolfram and Hart n/a
Power: Superhuman strength, agility, reflexes, stamina, and near-invulnerability. Time manipulation. Interdimensional travel through self-created portals. Plant communication. Limited shapeshifting between her "big blue" appearance, and Fred's appearance. Enhanced senses. Ability to differentiate between humans and non-humans. Empathy. "Detecting" power (which also helps in differentiating between creatures). Exceptional skills in hand-to-hand combat.
Family: None, but she has millions of followers.
Comments: Illyria is one of the legendary Old Ones, an original pure demon from the Primordium Age who ruled territory that included modern-day California. She was one of the most feared of all the Old Ones and ruled from her citadel, Vahla ha'nesh, which corresponds to modern-day Los Angeles. However, Illyria was defeated and murdered by her many rivals.

As depicted in an illustration of a statue of her in Vahla ha'nesh, Illyria was a sight to behold in her original form. Illyria had five tentacles on either side of her torso that she used like arms, which were flexible and dexterous to the point that she could clutch and operate weapons with them. She had two claw-like feet that allowed her to perch, much like an eagle. The rest of Illyria's form is obscured by armor, but her humanoid shape suggests that her head and torso are in much the same configuration as a human's.

Illyria was loved and feared as few of the Old Ones were, so much so that she still had followers and acolytes in the modern day arguably millions of years after her reign. When the Old Ones lost their claim over this world, Illyria's spirit was placed in a stone sarcophagus, her powers drained and placed in jewels embedded on her coffin. Her sarcophagus was placed in a mystical graveyard known as The Deeper Well along with the coffins of other Old Ones. A warrior of good and his army were assigned to guard the Deeper Well to prevent anyone from extracting one of the coffins, as Old Ones are capable of resurrection. In the 20th century, the Keeper of the Deeper Well was Drogyn the Battlebrand.

Before falling, Illyria planned her resurrection. She hid her temple in a different time plane, rendering it completely intangible, until she could return to open the gateway and enter it. Illyria's army was placed there as well, waiting to be raised once again by its leader. However, sometime in the passing centuries, the army was destroyed, leaving only dust in its place.

As pre-ordained, Illyria's sarcophagus is teleported to the general area of Los Angeles, but due to continental shifting, it ends up outside of the United States of America. Somehow, it is delivered to American soil, but is held up in Customs on its way to Wolfram & Hart. Dr. Sparrow manipulates Charles Gunn into releasing the sarcophagus in exchange for fixing his brain enhancements. Knox, Illyria's self-fashioned Qwa'ha Xahn (high priest) and the mastermind behind her resurrection, has the sarcophagus delivered to Fred Burkle at Wolfram & Hart's science lab. Curiosity draws Fred to the sarcophagus, and when she touches one of the coffin's embedded crystals, Illyria's essence is released into her body. Illyria's spirit acts as an infection that liquefies Fred's organs, hardens her skin, and allegedly consumes her soul. After hours of agony, and despite Angel and Spike traveling to Illyria's former prison in an attempt to find a way to draw her out of Fred, Fred's body is completely taken over by Illyria, who also absorbs her memories (which she later likens to "sparks").

Lindsey McDonald Unoriginal
Lindsey Tex Human, technically Early 30's Shaggy brown hair, cool blue eyes, neatly shaven. Covered in mystical tattoos that prevent him from being seen in surveillance methods other than with the naked eye. LA Lawyer, now working (again) at Wolfram and Hart
Power: Thanks to an unrevealed mystical process, Lindsey became gifted with strength, speed, and endurance on a par with Angel as well as rune tattoos meant to hide him from all known surveillance methods other than the naked eye. He was also capable of transmuting a small blade into a sword and was an adept swordsman. In addition, Lindsey had telekinetic abilities, and his long career in Wolfram and Hart gained him a great deal of legal knowledge.
Family: Has mentioned his father and five siblings - two of whom are dead. Comes from a dysfunctional family background.
Comments: Born into a dirt-poor dysfunctional family in the south-central United States, Lindsey worked hard to overcome his upbringing. While studying at University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Lindsey was recruited for the corrupt corporation known as Wolfram and Hart. Starting in the mailroom, he quickly worked his way up, and became one of Wolfram and Hart's most valued lawyers.

His good looks are only surpassed by his ambition. Lindsey legally represented many a vampire and demon, as well as evil humans. Lindsey originally worked to kill Angel, and was, along with Lilah Morgan, the co-architect of a plan to hire renegade Slayer, Faith to do just that. This is not particularly well-received by his superiors, who wanted to keep Angel alive for their own reasons.

Lindsey experienced a crisis of conscience later, when Wolfram and Hart planned to kill a small group of innocent children, and he and Angel struck up a temporary alliance. After this, he was poised to leave Wolfram and Hart, but was wooed by an internal promotion and stayed, becoming an integral player in the plan to resurrect Darla. During the ensuing battle, Angel choped off Lindsey's hand, forcing Lindsey to use an artificial one.

When Darla was returned to life, Lindsey became enamored with the now-human Darla, and was present when she was re-sired. With only him and Lilah Morgan left of Wolfram and Hart's Special Projects Team, their rivalry reached an all-time high as the two started a power struggle for the vice-presidency of the team.

Darla manipulated Lindsey's feelings, which she never reciprocated, to gain his help. Darla stayed at Lindsey's house, manipulating him to gain insight into Wolfram and Hart, and attempted to steal a mystical ring from the Senior Partners. Angel was at the meeting and beat her to the ring, and she was almost staked by guards but Lindsey saved her. After finding Darla with the ring, he figured out that Darla had slept with Angel.

Lindsey responded by brutally beating Angel with a sledgehammer, as well as hitting the vampire with his truck a few times, demanding to know what happened with Darla. Angel eventually gained the upper hand and smashed Lindsay's artificial hand, and stole his truck. Returning to his apartment, Lindsey found that Darla had left town, taking all her clothes with her. Lindsey was left alone, beaten up both physically and emotionally.

Consequently, his work at the firm suffered, but he was still in a race with Lilah for the promotion. Hoping that his performance would pick up again with the return of his hand, Lindsey's superiors arranged for him to receive a mystical transplant, but the new hand acted up, writing "kill" whenever Lindsey didn't concentrate. Fearing that the hand was evil, Lindsey goes to Caritas and sang for Lorne.

Lorne set him and Angel on the path that will end with the two working together to discover a Wolfram and Hart facility that specializes in unwilling transplant donors. Among them was the donor of Lindsey's hand, an old friend of his from his mailroom days. After figuring out that his hand isn't evil but rather suicidal, Lindsey pulled the plug on his friend and destroyed the facility, while saving those that could still be saved. It was then that Lindsey decided to leave Wolfram and Hart permanently.

Lindsey warned Angel of the games that Wolfram and Hart were trying to play. He left Los Angeles and went on a soul-searching trip.

He finally returned to LA, when he learnt that Angel had taken over the LA division of Wolfram and Hart. Although it seemed that he and Angel had buried the hatchet, Lindsey was unable to cope with the fact that Angel had gotten so easily the job that Lindsey had fought so hard for.

Together, Lindsey and Eve manipulated events so that Spike, not Angel, proved (or at least appeared to the Senior Partners) to be the ensouled vampire foretold in the Scrolls of Aberjian, the one who will have a crucial impact in the Apocalypse and fulfill the Shanshu Prophecy. Lindsey hoped that once the Senior Partners realized the folly of attempting to seduce Angel to their cause, that he would be stripped of his position at Wolfram and Hart, leaving a power vacuum which Lindsey could fill.

Angel and Lindsey faced off in the chamber where the "contingency plan" was stored. The pair fight on a rising container, that held the creature meant to kill Angel, while Cordelia tried to stop the process. Angel finally defeated Lindsey, informing him that, no matter what he tried, what tricks he'd learnt, or how 'bad-ass' he thought he'd become, none of it mattered. As soon as Angel defeated Lindsey, AI completed a ritual that dissolved the tattoos that protected Lindsey from the Senior Partners' wrath, resulting in him vanishing through a portal.

Lindsey is incarcerated in a hell dimension which emulates suburbia, complete with a wife and son. Time operates in a loop; each day, after waking up and sharing a normal day with his family he has his heart cut out by a demon hiding in the house's basement, reminiscent of the myth of Prometheus. He is eventually rescued by Angel, Spike, and Gunn for information they need. They are only able to leave by the sacrifice of Gunn, who remained behind to take Lindsey's place (later brought back by Illyria).

Lindsey and Angel allied once more and now Lindsey works alongside them at Wolfram and Hart, as one of the top attorneys.

Kidnapped Connor to save him from Angel, Connor was then taken by Holtz. Had his throat slit. Angel tried to smother him in his hospital bed. Wesley was persona non grata around Angel Investigations for a long time, but is now precariously accepted due to what happened with the Beast.
