	The D'Beau's house is shapely, stately home. It has some orchard tress, a greenhouse, and a pond.
	The bottom floor sports a hallway, two bathrooms, a living room, a recreation room and the kitchen.
	The upstairs has a much larger hall. The main bedroom has doors leading to the ensuite, and the spa room. the ensuite also leads to the nusary. There are three smaller bedrooms, and a balcony.
	All the gardening is out the front.
