1 D'Beau Avenue
	The D'Beau's reside in this stately home. Outside is a greenhouse, some orchard trees, a small fountain, a pond and a number of other trees.
	Upstairs the bedrooms have beds in them, and nothing else. The master bedroom has an ensuite, and leads directly into the nursary. The cats also have their very own room, and private balcony. And elevator. We can't forget the elevator. (it goes through the entertainment room and the garage). The cats are clearly spoilt in this house, heh.
	On the first floor they have two bathrooms, a hallway, a study, an extra large kitchen and an entertainment room.
	The balcony has their telescopes, basketball hoop and a pleasant wedding area.
	There is a pathway leading from the front to the back, between the garage and the foundation of the house. The D'Beaus are very fond of their Ace, Spade, Diamonds and Heart black and red slabs (which can be DLed from TSR). Also in the garage are toy, flower and robot benches, and a stylist chair.
	Indoor pool, spa and massage table.
	The family crypt. So far only their pets, Cuddles and Binky, are remembered here.
