The Chancellor's house is a three storey, five bedroom, three bathroom home, with verandah and balcony. They have a few trees (some even bear fruit), a pond and a beautiful outdoor wedding area.

The bottom floor of their house recently underwent some renovations. The largest room is their living/study room. They also have a resonably sized kitchen and a small office for the Rainbow Valley Chronicle.

On ther second floor there are four bedrooms (one which is currently being used for a nursary) and two shared bathrooms.

On ther top floor is the master bedroom, and a spa room complete with massage table.
