Jean-Luc Reeves arrives at the Uni with $9000 worth of scholarships under his belt, along with his girlfriend, Nicole Thompson, who wants to be a criminal mastermind.
Asking to pledge
Theodore and Meadow make friends with the pair and invite them to pledge. Before long, the pledge period is over and the two move into the Greek House.
A proposal
Then one day, Jean-Luc couldn't help himself, nor go to the trouble of setting up a romantic atmosphere, for such was the burning earnesty upon him to propose to his love. He just got down on his knee and partically begged Nicole to say yes. Which she did, of course.
Fixing the upstairs
After completing the first semester, the household put their money together to complete the upstairs.

Jean-Luc and Nicole were intiated into the secret society, Eureka!
1st floor, second floor
Then one day, the Greek House got a huge cheque presented to them. It seems that the University board had decided (if belatedly) to compensate them for the previous problems with giant llama's created by the science club, wherein their abode was destroyed not once, but twice! Delighted, the gang did a major upgrade of their house. They expanded the kitchen, the main room, and the study room and added an elevator...
Third floor
and a third floor, in which they put in facities for making toys, robots and flower arranging. Y'know, for those occasions where they had spare time.(Read: ended up with OFB bug where the secret society funds end up being added to the house funds. Forgot to take note of the total cash before Jean-Luc and Nicole were taken to Eureka! - was planning on using the cheat from Nightlife to change it back - decided to take this as compensation on this occasion, and to either use cheat or find a fix for it for future incursions, until a patch comes out that fixes it)
Graduating
