Guybrush II moved out and into a place of his own.

Guybrush II loses his job due to bad field work. He then takes up a new job in Medicine.
Guybrush II and Ivy have a baby girl, Celeste who soon becomes a toddler.
Not long therafter, they have a second daughter, Cosima, who also quickly becomes a toddler.

Celeste becomes a child. Guybrush II was so excited about the transition happening the in the very bathroom he was having a shower, he didn't think to put any clothes on first. The look of horror on his daughter's face soon reminded him.
Charles and Marisa become engaged, and marry.
