RP instructions
These are, obviously, the instructions as to how a conest will be RPed :) They are not neccesarily applicable if all the chars belong to the one person. If all the owned chars belong to the one person, but there are some public chars signed up, the owner gets first chance to use these chars for the contest. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
RP Instrcutions
Firstly, you MUST consider your char's experience with their power. Generally, the older a char, the more experienced, although, some younger chars are capable of surpassing this, if they are sufficiently talented and/or the elder is rather lazy when it comes to practicing. Thus you must decide whether it is more likely yor char will hit a low amount, and average amount or a high amount of targets. There are 250 targets. Please pick a random number (like pulling numbers out of a hat) out of the following options: Low - 120. Medium - 100 to 200. High - 180 to 250. Obviously you wouldn't want to write all the numbers between 100 to 200 inclusive on idividual pieces of paper, but perhaps try putting "0", "1" and "2" into one hat, and the numbers 0 to 9 in another. IE, the first hat you pick "1", second hat you pick "6", third hat pick "3", thus 163.
RP Instructions
Give a graphic description of your object. An unbiased judge (we hope) will chose which of these descriptions wins. So make them good :)
RP Instructions
Again experience is something to be considered here. Write a description on how your char (and only your char) is faring. Try to avoid observations of what the others are doing - concentrate solely on how your char is shape shifting/morphing. The deciding factor will be a judge (who may or may not ask for help from those who also do not have chars involved) who will use your descriptions to determine the winner.
RP Instructions
A description is written of the chars piece. Winner is determined by which description the judge deems most spectacular.
RP Instructions
A description is written of the chars destruction attempt. Winners are determined by judge/s.
RP Instructions
When all else fails, judge will simply pick a name out of a hat to determine winner.
RP Instructions
Part description, part 'draw a name out of a hat', will determine winner. Up to judge's discresion.

RP Instructions
Write a description depicting what your char does. To determine where he/she hits, draw two locations of out a 'hat'. Locations are: 3 x 'outer ring', 2 x 'inner ring' and 1 x bullseye. Consider you char's experience. If low, add in extra 'outer ring'. If medium, extra 'inner ring'. If high, extra 'bullseye'.

Awards are:
The winner/s of each of the above contests
Tournament Champion - the one who won the most contests
Tournament Goofball - the one who lost miserably, but in the funniest ways
Footnote...
When the tourament starts, certain awards will need a judge - the judge (or judges) will be someone who DOES NOT have a char paticipating. The only exception to this is when the only chars participating in a contest all belong to the on person, in which case that person made decide who wins, on the condition he/she take into account that there would be other 'contestants'.
