"Is that everybody?" Taylor turned to look back at the house.
"I sincerely hope so, because I already set the alarm," Natalie's eyebrows rose as she carried Viggo onto their tour bus.
"Maybe we should have gotten three buses?" Isaac rubbed his chin.
"Too late now, you're due in LA tomorrow," Ashley patted him on the back.
"Gee thanks."
"No problem."
"Would you like me to try and organise something for you when you get there?" Walker offered.
"You guys should be okay, right?" Taylor shrugged, "some of the kids can sleep in ours if it gets too crowded."

"You guys ok?" Zac asked, helping Shepherd tie his shoelaces before straightening up.
"We're good," Kate replied, carrying Junia and following behind Natalie.
"Ok, then let's do this," he grinned.

Taylor made sure all of his kids were on their bus before double checking that Isaac and Zac's were too.
"We got it Tay," Isaac winked, before turning to give their Dad a hug.
"Have a great time guys!" Walker smiled, hugging Taylor after Isaac.
"Oh we will," Isaac insisted, "it's about time we're finally getting back on the road!"
"Tell me about it," Ashley muttered.
Isaac reached out to shake his hand.
"Thanks Ash."
"Call me when you get there, yeah?"
"Will do. Who's driving first?"
"I think Demetrius is already in the driver's seat."
Isaac looked up, then laughed.
"So he is. Tay?"
"Yeah?"
"You good to drive your bus first up?"
"All good," Taylor gave him the thumbs up.
Walker held his arms out to give Zac a hug.

"Thanks Papa," Zac grinned, going in to give his father a hug.
Kate, meanwhile, was getting Shepherd settled, still holding Junia in her arms.

Walker gave Zac a tight squeeze, then let him go.
"Call us at least once per state!" he insisted.
Taylor rolled his eyes before jumping onto bus 1 and closing the door behind him.
"We will," Isaac nodded again, "Zac, you good?"

Zac gave Isaac the thumbs up as he got on the bus and closed the door.
"Can you settle Shep?" Kate asked.
"Sure," Zac nodded and went to sit with his son, who was staring out the window.

Taylor landed in the driver's seat and started up the bus. While he waited for it to warm up, he grabbed the radio.
"Bus one to bus two, come on down!" he tested.
Natalie rounded the kids into the living room part of the bus and started organising some schoolwork for them.
"Bus two here. Clear ahead. Let's roll!" came Demetrius' voice.
Taylor grinned and turned back to the family.
"Everyone wave out the window! Say goodbye!"
Natalie grunted as the kids made a beeline for the window and started waving to Walker and Ashley.
Taylor began to pull out, honking the horn.

Zac helped Shepherd up onto the seat by the window so he could look out at Walker and Ashley.
"I think June-bug's nearly back to sleep," Kate smiled.

"I wish Monroe still settled like that," Nikki smiled wistfully as she helped Everett up to the window.
"Wave goodbye!" she helped him wave to Walker and Ashley.
Isaac looked out the window one last time before making his way down to the TV area and starting to check what they'd managed to pack for entertainment.
"Hey Zac... you grabbed the laptop right? Where is it?"
"I think I saw him put it up front," Nikki offered, setting Everett down once they were out of sight of the Hanson home.

Kate smiled sympathetically at Nikki. "I'm enjoying the time before Junia gets fussy, I think."
"Up the front, like the lady says," Zac called, helping Shepherd down into a seat.
"I'm gonna play me some CoD!"
Isaac, Nikki, Everett & Monroe
"Yeah, make the most of it!" Nikki insisted.
Isaac headed up front to where his laptop was supposed to be. He searched for a good few minutes - in the end having a slight panic attack that it may have been forgotten - before finally finding it hidden in a corner.
"Ah ha! There you are!"
He promptly took it to the dining table and began setting it up.
"You're on there already?" Nikki's eyebrows rose.
"Inspiration waits for no one!"
"Novel," she nodded to Kate.

"Caalllllllll of Duuuuuuuuuty!" Zac sang, setting up his XBox, Shepherd watching from his seat, enthralled.
Kate laughed. "At least he's productive. This one would stay up all night with this game, if I let him."
And so it went on until the first stop.
