Almost Done

Bobby

"Dude," Lennon tapped Bobby on the arm. "We're so close to finishing."

"I know," Bobby grinned. "It's weird though, I kinda like being in school. It delays me from having an actual job."

"That's because you're lazy," Shayne put in, then shrugged at the looks she got from the group. "Ok, I'm lazy too."

"Does anyone know what they're doing next year?" Gabriella asked, sitting up from laying across Bobby's lap. "Because I have no idea."

"I'm going to spend a year travelling," Shayne volunteered. "I'm going to work with UNICEF for awhile. So, I'm delaying this real life stuff."

Lennon chuckled. "Yeah, travelling sounds good, but to do that, I need money."

"Same," Bobby chimed in. "I don't know if I want to join the X-Men straight away or if I want to try my hand at being normal."

"School is normal," Gabriella pointed out.

Bobby snorted. "Yeah, but I was still targeted. Legacy, remember?"

"Oooh yeah," Lennon said. "That was harsh-balls."

Bobby chuckled. "Indeed it was. Anyway, shall we put off thinking about our futures for one more night?"

"What do you have in mind?" Shayne asked, a sparkle in her eyes.

"A night of mayhem and mischief? After all, the night is young and so are we... relatively," Bobby replied.

"So... movies and food?" Gabrielle laughed.

"Heck yeah!"
