"Hey," Angel greeted, as Faith woke up.
She looked at him groggily, before a small smile formed on her face. "Hi."
"You've looked better," he teased gently.
"You kidding?" Faith shot back playfully. "This is my hottest look yet."
There was a moment of silence between the two.
"Don't ask," she said, shaking her head slightly. "Can we just get straight to business? I don't want to wallow."
"Major brain surgery," Angel reminded her. "It's ok to wallow. But, as you requested... things are getting bad out there. I'm hearing rumblings from our office in Rome. Hellmouths in Europe are about to start opening, and we're literally down to a handful of people."
"Ok," Faith sighed. "Well... as soon as they let me - "
"You think I'm letting you fight in this battle?" Angel asked in disbelief.
"You think you can stop me?" Faith challenged.
