"... tickets for Get Smart thanks," Rogue said.
The cashier told her how much the total was and Rogue handed over her card. The tickets now secured, she joined her friends at the line for the candy bar.
"Got the tickets?" asked Kitty.
"Yep," Rogue nodded.
"Execllent. This is gonna be fun."
"I still don't think it's going to be as good at the TV show," Tracy said.
"Probably now, but hey who cares?"
"Not me. I'm not the one paying for the tickets."
Rogue pulled a face at her, but grinned.
Bobby
"A Rogue sponsored movie trip," Bobby grinned, throwing his arm around Kitty's shoulders.
"My favourite type of movie."
Rogue
Rogue chuckled.
"Which cinema we in?" asked Jubilee.
"Umm... number 4."
"Rats."
"Got enough popcorn Pete?"
"Not just for me."
"Suuuuuureeee."
"Everyone got all the munchies they want? 'Cause we should probably be heading in..."
Bobby
"Dibs on sitting with Pete!" Bobby grinned.
"Aww, you love me," Piotyr joked.
"No," Bobby chuckled. "I love popcorn!"
Rogue
Rogue passed the tickets to the ticket collector, he ripped the stubs off and handed them back.
"Cinema 4," he directed, pointing to the doors in question.
"Thanks."
"So, where do we wanna sit?"
"Up the back of course."
Bobby
"Jerk," Jubilee said, punching Bobby on the arm. "I'm on your other side."
Bobby thought he saw a flash of something go through Kitty's eyes, but he ignored it and threw his other arm around Jubilee.
"Jubes, I think you've missed me," he grinned.
"No way," she retorted, popping her gum as they slid into their seats. "Hate you."
"Hate you too."
Rogue and Shannon
"Is phasing through us to get to your seat really neccesary Kitty?" asked Rogue.
"Yes," Kitty nodded, sitting down next to Lance. "Yes it is. I'm impatient."
"Really? Never would have guessed."
"I have chocolate."
"All is forgiven."
Shannon chuckled.
Bobby
Bobby grinned and settled in as the previews started.
X-men
"Yay previews."
Five previews later.
"Okay I know I just said I like previews, but this is ridiculous. Bring on the movie!"
"Hey, I think that was the last one. Screen's widening."
"Finally!"
Bobby
Bobby yawned as the lights came back on and the credits rolled.
"Well kids," he said, standing up. He stretched out and Jubilee punched him in the stomach.
"Oof!"
Rogue
"Yay!" said Kitty. "Let's beat up on Bobby!"
"Yeah, get the blood pumping after sitting down for so long," Rogue giggled.
"Well, that was better than I expected," Tracy mused as she stood up.
Bobby
"No beating up Bobby," Bobby interjected.
"Bobby has a hot date tonight, and so would like to be able to use his fishing line and tackle."
"Gross, Bobby," Piotyr said, but then grinned. "But high five."
Bobby chuckled.
Rogue
"Ooh la la," Kitty teased.
"Fishing line and tackle?" Tracy repeated. "That's so lame."
"Ah've heard worse," Rogue shrugged.
"Yeah, like what?"
"Ah said Ah've heard worse, not that Ah was gonna repeat it."
Bobby
"Eh," Bobby shrugged. "It was less offensive than C and B."
"Who's the lucky guy?" Piotyr teased.
Bobby grinned. "No, I'm over the dating guys thing. Well, I never dated Octavian. Sex is sex, Pete. Anyway, it's Gab."
"I approve," Piotyr nodded. "Alright, let's head off, I have a hot date with Storm tonight."
"You wish!" Jubilee snorted.
Piotyr chuckled. "Danger Room. We're working on some new techniques."
"I bet!" Bobby grinned.
"Sick, you're sick," Jubilee told him.
Rogue and Shannon
"Why do we hang out with these guys?" Rogue asked.
"Hey I haven't said anything," Lance pointed out.
"Yet," Kitty said ominously. "But you're a guy. You will. It's only a matter of time."
Shannon started down the stairs to the exit.
Bobby
Bobby followed Shannon down the stairs.
"Jubes, I'm heading to the Mansion first to drop some stuff off to Hank, do you need a lift?"
"Heck yeah!"
Rogue
"You coming back with us?" asked Kitty.
"No, I should be getting home," Rogue replied.
"Okay, well, hey thanks for the tickets," she said giving her a hug.
"Hey no problem. What else are rich husbands for?"
"Maybe we're in the wrong business," Tracy mused. "I'm thinking crime does pay."
"That and high stakes poker tables," Rogue giggled.
Bobby
"See ya Roguey, thanks for the tix!" Bobby called, giving her a wave.
"I'll give you a call later!"
Rogue
"Sure, see ya!" Rogue called after him.
The group split up and returned to their various home (or other points of call).
