Amber looked up at the house alongside her fellow volunteers. It seemed hard to comprehend that she had actually helped build this place. She felt a sense of achievement like none before. She had made friends and together they had built a house for a family in need.
A house. A whole entire house.
Well, besides the furniture, but that wasn't the point.
And what's more, all of this had been done without any powers. Not even the two mutants in the group had any reason to resort to using their abilities on the project.
