Trent sighed as he joined them at the table.

"Something amiss?" Libby asked.

"Apprenticeship," Trent replied. "Working for station security."

"Ahh," Libby replied.

She knew how much he didn't want to get an apprenticeship based on what his power was - he had been hoping for something a bit more people oriented.

"Cool, now we have an insider," Matt chuckled.

Trent gave him a cynical look.

"Do you know what you're doing yet?" Trent asked Josh.

Josh shook his head.

"I know what I'm doing," Matt said gleefully.

"We know already," Dan said with an exasperated tone. "For some strange reason they seem to think you'd be good in the medical profession. Good for you. Get over it already."

"It's karate, not kung fu."

"Whichever."

"You really should know, I've been doing it for years."

"Details, details."

"Y'know, I know you're a healer and all, Matt, but I really hope you pay some attention to details in the infirmary," Libby commented.

Matt chuckled evilly.

"Worried I'll get to tend to your sports injuries?"

"Worried about you tending anyone's injuries."

"Y'know, I have healed other people before."

"Yes, but know you're going to learn how to deal with big stuff."

"Shh!"
