Natalie was waiting in the hotel room when the guys got back from their latest appearence. After the wedding, she had decided to make a quick visit to Georgia while she was in the same country.
"What are you nervous?" she asked herself abruptly.
At that same moment the door opened.
Taylor
"Hey Nat," Taylor grinned, walking in with his guitar case and closing the door behind him.
He was still both pumped and excessively sweaty after the show.
"How was Georgia? Everyone alright over there?"
Natalie
Natalie paused.
"Oh, umm, yeah," she replied. "Everyone's fine. More than fine actually. Yeah."
She took a deep breath.
"Okay, well, I've actually got some good news, and I have no idea why I'm so nervous because it really is good news, but yeah."
Taylor
"If it's that good, I should probably shower first," Taylor pointed out cheekily.
He dumped his guitar case on one of the sofas.
Natalie
Natalie paused. Unable to wait that long after the suspense had been building all day she blurted it out:
"I'm pregnant."
Taylor
Taylor gave her the 'are you serious?' look for barely seconds before his face it up.
"Are you sure?" he asked, scooting down to sit beside her.
Natalie
Natalie nodded enthusiatsically.
"That's... that was kinda my ulterior motive for going to Georgia yesterday. I suspected, I dunno, maybe, wanted to check out my hunch."
Taylor
"Natm, that's... It's... We're gonna have another baby!" Taylor exclaimed, hugging her.
Natalie
Natalie hugged Taylor back with just as much enthusiasim, all hit of nervousness now gone.
"Yes, yes we are."
Taylor
"Ezra's going to have a baby brother! Or a baby sister," Taylor grinned.
"Oh wow. I wonder what other powers we could cook up..."
Natalie
Natalie giggled.
"Yeah," she said. "Oh, it's a little too early to estimate a specific date, but we're looking at sometime in April."
Taylor
"Sometime around Avie's birthday then," Taylor nodded.
He hesitated, then looked at her.
"I think we should celebrate in the shower," he suggested straight faced.
Natalie
Natalie nodded, trying to keep the smile off her face.
"Yes, clearly as I didn't let you shower first before giving you the news, this is the only course of action to take."
Taylor
"Exactly. See? Logic," Taylor got up and pulled her with him.
He debated liftng her into his arms, but decided against it. It wasn't just her he had to worry about again...
Natalie
Natalie giggled and kissed him.
"I love you."
