"How was it at the school day?" asked Gambit over dinner.
Rogue shrugged.
"The usual," she replied. "Now that we're into the summer holidays and half the school's -"
Rogue cut herself off, shaking her head a little, trying to throw off the sudden dizzy spell. She vaguely heard Gambit call her name but it didn't really register.
Then, as suddenly as it came, it left.
"Rogue?" Gambit tried again with mounting concern.
"Oh, umm..." Rogue frowned. "Sorry... what were we talking about?"
"Nevermind that. Are you okay?"
"Yes I... just a little dizzy spell. It's gone now."
"You sure you're okay?"
"Yeah, no I'm fine."
"Okay. This hasn't happened before, has it?"
"Huh? Oh. No."
"Okay good. Well, let me know if it happens again."
Rogue smiled.
"Of course."
