Avery let out a screech as Lo attacked her with a hug from behind, and half the cafeteria looked over to see what the commotion was about.
"Happy Birthday!" Lo squealed.
Avery laughed. "Thanks!"
"Come on," Lo said, pulling Avery to her feet.
"Where are we going?" Avery asked, laughing.
"As if we're doing anything educational today or tomorrow when it's our birthdays. We're heading downside for some shopping!"
Avery laughed again, and let Lo drag her from the room.
