Ty looked up as the Winchester's and Faith came into the bar, and he pretended not to notice, setting up with his band. It had been awhile since he'd last seen them, so hopefully they would look on it as a coincidence. The band touring was a perfect cover, and coupled with his own abilities to make people more receptive to his stories, he was fairly confident that they would not think twice.
Especially after the mindwipe he'd given Faith when he'd almost drowned her. That was a lucky break, considering she'd come back. Just as well he always took every precaution.
He'd learned the hard way.
~*~*~*~
Faith scooted her chair a little closer to Sam's, one of her hands resting on his knee while she looked over the menu.
Sam & Dean
Sam slid his hand around Faith's waist, eyes on the menu himself.
"Well look who it is," Dean smirked, looking towards the stage.
Sam looked up, then glanced at Dean.
"I thought you hated their music," he said.
"Yeah but that guy can hold his sauce," Dean nodded to Ty.
Ty and Faith
Ty feigned looking up (yeah, like he hadn't been watching them since they came in) and saluted at the trio.
When his eyes met Faith's, she blanched slightly.
Sam & Dean
Sam felt the blanch and looked at Faith, as Dean saluted back.
"What's wrong?" Sam asked.
Faith and Ty
"Nothing," Faith assured him, looking up and kissing his cheek. "Just... sorry, thought I was back in the water."
Ty watched the pair carefully, wondering if Faith had somehow worked out he had been the one to drown her.
Sam
Sam kissed her forehead and sat back a little.
"It's ok," he said, looking the menu over again, "you just looked... off, for a moment."
Faith and Ty
Faith leaned against him slightly, eyes perusing the menu.
Ty watched them for a second, mind ticking over about how he could get Dean out of the picture tonight.
Sam & Dean
"Do you want to go somewhere else?" Sam offered, "you don't look so good all of a sudden."
"Dude we just got here," Dean frowned.
Faith and Ty
"No, no," Faith said, smiling up at Sam. "I'm ok. Promise."
Ty finished setting up with the band, then jumped offstage to grab their bottles of water before they started.
Sam & Dean
"Ok," Sam nodded, "just let me know anytime you want to leave."
"You guys decided what you want yet?" Dean's eyebrows rose, having made his selection before they'd even seen the menu.
Faith and Ty
"Will do," Faith smiled up at Sam, then turned to Dean. "Yeah, good to order."
Ty turned to his bandmates and nodded at them.
Dean & Sam
Dean whistled a waitress over, smiling apprecatively as she approached.
"What can I do for ya hun?" she smiled seductively.
"Oh too many things to mention," Dean grinned.
The girl chuckled, then Dean gave her their order.
"I think Dean's set for the night," Sam said to Faith.
Faith and Ty
"So am I," Faith said, grinning at Sam.
Ty meanwhile, had started playing his guitar.
Sam & Dean
Sam looked up, watching the band for a moment as Ty started singing.
Dean only looked up when the waitress returned, greeting her with a broad smile.
"Thankyou," he nodded as she placed his beer on the table in front of him.
"Back with the food shortly," she smiled, her breasts inches from Dean's face, as she put Sam and Faith's drinks in front of them.
"Don't take too long," Dean muttered, watching her ass as she walked away.
Faith and Ty
Faith glanced around the room, rolling her eyes slightly as a group of women in the corner were pointing and giving her dirty looks.
"Man, why do girls always look at me that way?"
Ty grinned, singing, and using one of his powers, put the idea into the barmaid's head to spike Dean's drink.
Sam & Dean
"Are you sure you wanna stay?" Sam asked her, "I'm serious, you don't look too good."
Dean grunted as he turned around again, having lost sight of the waitress. He skulled part of his drink and leant forward on the table to wait for her.
Faith and Ty
"Yeah," Faith said, glancing at Sam. "Let's motor. Can we grab something light to eat on the way though?"
She stood, head spinning slightly.
Ty tilted his head, using one of his powers to let Faith remember being in the water.
She shivered.
Sam & Dean
"Sure thing," Sam agreed, standing up to help her.
"I'll see you guys back at the motel. Don't wait up for me," Dean winked up at Sam.
"Yeah whatever," Sam gave him a glance, thinking he could have been at least a bit concerned about her.
Sam led her up to the bar where they ordered their food to go. Dean followed them, only because he didn't want to take up the whole table alone, and sat at the bar instead.
Faith and Ty
Faith leaned against Sam tiredly, feeling a little lightheaded all of a sudden. And all she could think about was being in the river.
Ty looked at the barmaid, and sent her the mental signal to slip something into Dean's drink.
Sam & Dean
"Let's go," Sam insistd once they'd gotten their food, "bye Dean."
"See you," Dean nodded, before smiling as his waitress returned.
Sam rolled his eyes as he led Faith out.
"Guess I'm all alone. For now," Dean said teasingly.
"Why, waiting for someone? Who is she?" the waitress teased, leaning over his drink.
While he was distracted by her assets, she dropped the pill into his beer.
"She's not as gorgeous as you, I can tell you that," he nodded.
Ty
"I don't know how to feel
Let the words come easily to me
You seem lost
In your thoughts
I find it hard to breathe..." Ty sang, grinning as he saw the
waitress drug Dean's drink.
Bingo.
Dean
Dean's head lulled as he listened to the boring song, finding it hard to stay awake all of a sudden.
When the waitress came back with a bowl of chips for him, he glped some down in the hopes it'd stop the alcohol getting to his head.
Ty
Ty let one of his powers cloud the minds of everyone in the room, so none of them would be aware of what was about to take place.
He kept singing, eyes on Dean, seeing that he was fading fast.
Dean
Dean watched his beer glass spin before his eyes, starting to feel extremely off balance.
"Crap," he grunted, standing up from the barstool.
He felt in his pocket or the impala keys, but before he could find them, he collapsed to the floor.
Ty
Still using his mind to cloak the other patrons from seeing what was happening, Ty jumped off the stage and strode over to Dean, slipping his hand under his arms and lifting him to his feet. He kept the power going until he was long gone.
Dean
Dean coughed as he came too, hearing running water.
Squeezing his eyes open he realised he was sitting in it, and he had a blinding headache too.
Looking up he saw light from a streetlight, filtering through a thin sewer grate.
"Great," he grunted, before coughing again.
He struggled for a moment but managed to stand up against the wall he'd been sitting against, already wondering how the hell he'd come to be in a sewer.
And one rapidly filling with water no less.
"HELLO?!" he yelled upward, after seeing no horizontal way out.
