Touch and Go

Written by Nessa and AiMsTeR

Faith

Faith settled down on the bed, with her laptop in front of her. She hovered her finger above the touch pad, looking up at Sam, who had been talking about having a shower for the last few minutes.

She logged into her computer.

Sam & Dean

"You gonna be ok?" Sam stared across at Faith as he scruched some clean clothes under his arm.

"I think we'll manage," Dean replied sarcastically.

Faith

Faith grinned faintly.

"Dean, you have a gun on you?"

Sam & Dean

Sam raised an eyebrow as Dean shifted his weight, feeling along his belt. He finally found his Colt handgun, smirked as he revealed it, and spun it around his fingers proudly.

"Dare I ask?" Sam hook his head.

"Go. You stink," Dean teased.

Faith

"There, we'll be fine."

Faith shook her head slightly, but she was smiling as she turned her attention back to her laptop.

"And you are getting a bit stinky. If you don't shower, no touching until you're clean again."

Sam & Dean

Sam rolled his eyes and headed for the bathroom, closing the door behind him.

Dean chuckled to himself.

"He's hilarious when he's paranoid," he mused.

Faith

"For you, maybe," Faith grinned.

She ran her hand through her hair as she logged into her emails.

"What's he so paranoid about anyway?"

Dean

Dean shrugged as he went back to reading.

"Demon blood, losing you, the apocalypse... what isn't he paranoid about these days?"

Faith

Faith thought about that for a second.

"Good point, handsome."

She peered at her laptop, eyes skimming her emails.

Dean

Dean glanced at his watch, and clicked his tongue as he traced a sigil from his father's journal that they needed for their next job.

Faith

Faith snickered, reading through an email from Gunn, and she glanced towards the bathroom door for a second, then returned her attention to the screen.

"We should get popcorn."

Dean

"Mmm," Dean agreed absently.

"And cheeseburgers."

Faith

"Chilli cheese fries," Faith put in.

She closed the lid of her laptop.

Dean

"Now I'm really hungry," Dean grunted, putting the journal down.

"Dare I leave you for ten minutes and face the wrath from the water beast upon return?"

Faith

"Go for it. Bring me something tasty and I promise I'll bend over a lot in front of you."

Faith grinned faintly.

Dean

Dean pointed at her with a wink.

"Deal."

He got up, grabbed his jacket, and left the room.

Faith

Faith laughed to herself, and then lay back on the bed, flipping the TV on.

She screwed her nose up, flicking through the channels.

Sam

Sam finally emerged from the bathroom barely moments after Dean left.

"Everything ok?" he asked, drying his hair with a towel.

Faith

"It was touch and go for those four minutes that you left me alone, but somehow, I got through it," Faith said, a faint trace of a smile on her face.

She kept her eyes on the tv, skipping between cartoons and an old movie.

Sam

"Where's Dean?" Sam ignored her.

"He should have stayed until I got out!"

Faith

"It's ok," Faith said, finally tearing her eyes away from the tv. "He left a few seconds ago to get us food."

She nodded.

"I am sorta... super strong, remember?"

Sam

"I know that, it's just-"

He waved her off and went to sit on the edge of the bed to put his shoes on.

Faith

Faith frowned, then slid her arms around his neck from behind.

"What's up?"

Sam

"Nothing, it's nothing," Sam insisted.

"Don't worry about it."

Faith

"If you're sure..."

Faith leaned around and kissed him.

"So... I sorta promised Dean payment for him getting me food."

Sam

Sam grunted.

"I take it I don't want to know," he smirkd.

Faith

Faith laughed.

"Nothing bad. Just... a lot of bending over."

She paused.

"That probably came out wrong."

Sam

"Unfortunately, I think it came out right," Sam pulled a face.

Faith

Faith grinned and kissed his cheek again.

"Well, cheer up, I'm only bending over in the naughty sense, for you."

Sam

"Any sense is naughty for Dean, you of all people should know," Sam mused, leaning in to her a little.

Faith

"Alright," Faith agreed, hugging him from behind.

"But you're the only one seeing the good stuff?"

Sam

"Faith, every nanometre of you is good stuff," Sam smiled back at her.

Faith

"Awww," Faith teased.

She kissed him again.

"You'll be rewarded for that, I promise."
