Faith rolled over, smiling lightly as she felt Sam's arms still wrapped around her waist. She yawned, opening her eyes and letting them adjust to the light for a moment.
She looked at the clock, and then sat up slowly, pulling the sheet up and shivering slightly.
Sam
Sam's eyes fluttered open at the movement, and he instantly squeezed them tight again with a groan.
Faith
Faith grinned and leant down, placing a light kiss over each of Sam's eyelids.
"I'll get you some water," she said softly, disentangling herself from his arms and padding naked into her kitchenette.
She stretched, glancing behind her and catching sight of the bruises on her back in the mirror.
Sam
Sam covered his mouth with his hand, knowing he needed to get to the bathroom before anything happened. But right now, he just really couldn't move.
Faith
Faith caught Sam's movement out of the corner of her eye and came back over to the bed with a large glass of water and a bucket.
"If you're going to throw up, use this, honey. I'll get you a towel."
Sam
Sam was about to say 'thankyou' when he felt it coming.
He quickly threw the sheets off and dropped to his knees on the floor, letting it go.
Faith
Faith sat on the edge of the bed, rubbing Sam's back gently. She lay a kiss between his shoulderblades when he'd finished.
"Come on, let's get you into the bathroom."
Sam
Taking deep, painful breaths, he leant on the bed to get his balance and pull himself to his feet.
A hand on his forehead, he let her help him to the bathroom, where he washed his mouth out and groaned as he leant on the sink.
"Holy crap."
Faith
Faith smiled faintly, and she rubbed his back again.
"Alright, now to get you into a shower. I think I have a chair you can sit on, if you like?"
Sam
"I don't think I'd stay on it," Sam shook his head, not able to lift his eyes from the ground.
He staggered to the shower and practicall fell to the floor inside it.
Faith
Faith stifled a laugh and got into the shower with him, turning the water on and adjusting the temperature.
"I can see this is going to be a painstaking process," she said, helping Sam sit down comfortably on the floor.
Sam
"I wanna die," Sam moaned, putting his head in his hands.
Faith
"Awwww."
Faith kneeled in front of him and soaped his body softly, kissing his forehead.
"You'll be ok in a few hours. We'll sleep in the car, ok?"
Sam
"Do we have to leave?" Sam groaned, even though he knew they'd promised Bobby.
Faith
"Afraid so."
Faith gently massaged the shampoo into his scalp.
Sam
"I'm gonna puke again," Sam grunted, his eyes still tightly shut.
Faith
Faith sighed.
"Ok, just do it on the floor."
Sam
"No, I can make it," Sam assured, opening his eyes.
Wet, naked and shivering, he crawled out of the shower and made it to the toilet just in time.
Faith
Faith quickly showered herself off, then poked her head out the door of the shower.
"Are you ok?"
Sam
"I'm super," Sam gave her the thumbs up, head still in the toilet bowl.
Faith
"You look it too, hadnsome."
Faith rinsed her hair out, then stepped out of the shower.
Sam
Sam choked up some more, wondering exactly how much he could have left in his stomach at this point.
When he though he was done, he sat back, and started debating with himself whether or not to go back to the shower. He still had shampoo in his hair, but t was just so far...
Faith
Faith wrapped a towel around her body and bent next to Sam.
"Alright, Sammich, let's get you finished in the shower. Then something to ease your stomach, I think. And then, if you're lucky, you can hold my hand."
Sam
Sam looked up at her tiredly.
"I'd really rather just stay here," he shivered.
Faith
"Baby," Faith said gently, putting an arm over his shoulders.
"You'll get sick and while I'm sure you'd enjoy me dressed up as a doctor, let's just get you rinsed off, at least, ok?"
Sam
Sam gave her the puppy eyed look.
"Are you sure?"
Faith
"Afraid so, Sammich."
Faith kissed his forehead.
"That or I pour cold water on your head."
Sam
"I'm moving," Sam grumbled, getting back onto his hands and knees and crawling back towards the shower.
Faith
Once Sam was inside, she dropped her towel again and hopped back in, rinsing his hair carefully, before turning the water off. She grabbed his towel and wrapped it over his shoulders.
"Man, getting you dressed it going to be difficult, I can already tell."
Sam
"Then let's not," Sam grunted.
Faith
"If you want to get into the car naked, I will have no objections. Your brother might, though."
Faith helped him back into the main living area of her apartment, then went to his bag to get him some fresh clothes out, leaving him laying on the bed.
Sam
Sam rolled over onto his stomach, one arm falling off the bed and knocking the bucket, and he closed his eyes again.
Faith
Faith managed to catch the bucket before it tipped, and took it into her bathroom, quickly flushing the contents down the toilet, before rinsing it out and bringing it back to the bedroom.
She towel dried Sam with a little difficulty, seeing as he was just laying there, and managed to somehow get him into underwear.
Dean & Sam
Dean barged in suddenly.
"What's taking you guys so long? Let's hit the- Oh," he stopped and smirked.
"Shut up," Sam glared up at him through slitted eyes.
Faith
Faith held the towel against her chest when she heard the door open, and turned to Dean.
"Help me dress him?"
Dean & Sam
"Don't worry, you get dressed," Dean offered.
"I've done this before.
"Have not," Sam argued.
Faith
"Kinky."
Faith grabbed a change of clothes and disappeared into her bathroom.
Dean & Sam
"Yeah I know," Dean rolled his eyes, pulling Sam into a sitting position.
"Go away."
"I'd love to, but we promised Bobby we'd be in New Orleans by the 15th, remember?"
He grabbed Sam's jeans and worked at putting them on.
Faith
Freshly dressed in a pair of jeans and a shirt, Faith came out of the bathroom, twisting her hair to the side as she came back to help Dean.
"Sam, you can sleep in the car, baby."
Sam & Dean
"I want to sleep now," Sam groaned.
"Too bad," Dean said, doing a few buttons up on his shirt before standing up.
"Now are you coming, or do we have to carry you?"
Sam just glared up at him tiredly.
Faith
"Guess we're carrying you."
Faith lifted Sam's bag and her bag easily in one hand, then went to help Dean lift Sam.
Dean & Sam
"You grab the legs," Dean instructed, moving around to grab Sam's shoulders.
"I can walk," Sam grunted, getting off the bed and staggering a little.
"Maybe so, but not in a straight line," Dean pointed out.
Faith
Faith grabbed a hold of Sam as he staggered, supporting his weight for a moment.
"Just let us get you to the car, ok?"
Sam & Dean
Sam didn't respond, so Dean nodded to her. Keeping an arm firmly around his brother's shoulders, he helped him leave the room.
Faith
They managed to get Sam into the car with a minimum of drama, and Faith went around the other side to slide into the middle of the seat.
She slid an arm around Sam's waist, the other on his stomach, rubbing gently.
Dean
Dean slid in beside her, glancing at his brother before starting the car.
"If he's gonna hurl, I'm pulling over. The upholstery..."
Faith
"Yeah, I know."
Faith kept massaging Sam gently.
"He'll be alright."
