Faith walked across the bridge, bag of food and Dean's beloved pie in one hand. She glanced over the side, pausing for a moment to watch the moonlight rippling in the water.
"Nice night for it, hey?" a familiar voice said.
She turned and her eyes narrowed slightly, trying to place the face. "Yeah."
"Ty," he said, nodding.
"Ah, the band," Faith said, glancing at him.
"That's me. Food run?"
"Mmm, I drew the short straw," she replied, as they walked along together. "I don't mind though. Like the fresh air."
"You walked?" Ty asked. "No car?"
"I like walking," Faith shrugged. "And their car? Too hard for me to drive. In case you haven't noticed, but I'm a small person."
Ty laughed. "Ah, I see."
They walked along making comfortable small talk for a few more minutes, and then all of a sudden, everything went dark.
~*~*~*~
Ty looked around, his own powers sensing out if anyone was around.
"Coast is clear," he muttered to himself.
He lifted Faith's unmoving form into his arms and walked to the edge of the bridge, again scanning for people or cars. He didn't notice the bracelet sliding off Faith's wrist, landing on the pavement with a tiny clink.
"Sorry, gorgeous," he said to her body. "But I need you out of the way."
And with that, he tossed Faith's body into the water.
