Multi Dimensional

Written by Nessa

Faith, Tru, Airlia and Angel

"Are you sure about this, Tru?" Faith asked, looking at her daughter.

Tru nodded. "I am. I really am."

"I'll be with her the whole time," Airlia put in.

"Did we mention how good it is to hear your voice again, Lee?" Tru asked, turning to her older sister.

Airlia smiled. "Once or twice."

Angel put his arm around Airlia's shoulders, leaning down to kiss the young girl on the head. "It's a safe dimension. Fairly. I mean, every world has their problems, but you two should stay safe. Be careful still, though."

Faith reached out and pulled Tru into her arms. "David is going through as well. He can open the portal back here when you've aged enough."

Tru and Airlia both nodded.

"Well," Tru said, smiling widely. "I guess this is it."

David stepped forward and nodded at both the Vampire and the Slayer.

"You have everything?" Angel asked.

"Yes," he nodded. "Weapons, ingredients for the spells, everything. And Wesley and I devised a way we can communicate through to each other, if there's a problem on either end. He can also open the portal from here, if need be. I'll brief the girls once we've arrived."

"We've set up a house for you there," Angel told them. "Theoretically, if Wesley got his calculations right... which shouldn't be an issue, you should end up right inside the house."

"And there's a whole bunch of spells and enchantments on the house to keep it protected," Faith spoke up. "Just as a precaution."

Tru nodded, and Airlia reached over and held her hand.

"Guess we'll see you soon then," Airlia said.

They all said their goodbyes while David went about opening the portal.

"Let's do this." Tru grinned, and still holding her sister's hand, they stepped through the portal, followed quickly by David.

The portal shimmered and then closed.

"Are you alright?" Angel asked Faith.

"Sorta. At least I know they can protect themselves."

"Come on," Angel said, looking at her. "Let's go kill something to make you feel better."
