So Childish

Written by Michelle

Zac and Saku

"So, what do you think, Saku?"

Saku looked around.

"You realise that as soon and Julie gets here, she's going to be able to change anything she doesn't like."

"I know. But I don't want to have to get her to ask House to change things."

"I don't know why you're getting so worked about about Julie moving in. She's your ex. You might share a couple of kids, but she's not like that bitch, Kylie."

"I know, but you know."

"Eh. I'm sure she'll like it."

"Okay good."

There was silence for a time. Then Saku finally worked up the nerve to tell Zac something he had been trying to convince himself to do ever since he got back from school.

"Dad?"

"Yes, Saku?"

"There's something I have to tell you."

The tone of Saku's voice alerted Zac and he turned to face him, frowning slightly.

"Something wrong?"

"Yes. No. Kinda..."

"What is it?"

"You, umm... I... you've got six kids you didn't know about."

Zac stared at him, then started laughing.

"I'm not kidding."

"How could I possible have six kids I don't know about? I know sometimes my former lovers don't always tell me things, but six of them?"

"Yeah, well... you might remember, umm, two years ago now. You lost a day."

"I did?" Zac frowned. "When did that happen?"

"Two years... nevermind. We were at the park. I was a kitten, playing and this girl - Alexa, remember her?"

"Yeah..."

"She gave you a drugged drink. It made you, erm, pliable for a day and you had no memory of it afterwards. You locked me up in the basement because she told you to."

"Okay..." Zac said slowly.

He had no idea what to make of this.

"Well, Medea -" Saku cut himself off as the House shuddered, and looked up at the wall with an apology on his face. "Sorry, dude, I don't like her much either. She's a witch. A really old one. Greek Mythology, check it out. Anyway, Alexa made a rather bad deal with her - she was transformed into a werequeen."

Zac's eyes narrowed.

"Why do I have a feeling I don't like where this is headed?"

"Because I already told you that you have six more kids you didn't know about?" Saku asked with false cheerfulness. "Believe me, I don't like it any mroe than you do. Anyway, she ran away after the sextuplets were born."

Zac snickered.

"How come I'm not suprised you're laughing at the word 'sextuplets'?"

Zac grinned.

"You're worse than me, Dad. And that's saying something."

Zac shrugged.

"Anyway, as I was saying, she only took one of the six with her, and ended up getting rescued by the Order of Light, and that's where she's at right now. With another litter, but they managed to reverse the werequeen transformation so she's human again now, but yeah. So of the six she only has one... you're going to start snickering again."

"I am?"

"Yes. He's a werechicken with x-ray vision, and his name is Sextus."

Zac laughed. Saku sighed.

"The other five are still with Me-err, that witch. Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Quinten."

Zac looked at him with raised eyebrows.

"Who's names were those?"

"The witch's."

"Huh. So, you're saying that I've been magically drugged in order to father a litter of werechildren?"

"Pretty much."

Zac sighed, then turned and banged his head against the wall.
