Paris let out a laugh, one arm resting around Nicole's waist. She looked down at the other girl and smirked slightly, basking in the flashes of the cameras and the total chaos they'd just caused.
Nicole joined in the laughter, resting her head against Paris's shoulder for a moment.
"This is insane," she murmured to the taller blonde.
"I know. Loves it!" Paris agreed.
The pair had just finished filming the last instalment of the Simple Life series and it had been revealed that the whole feud that had been going on for a little over a year, had been a total and complete hoax to generate more publicity for the show.
"So who's idea was it?" a reporter from New Weekly asked, shoving her mic into their faces.
Paris looked at Nicole and shrugged. "We were approached by like the PR guys for the show and we thought it would be a good kinda like hook for us."
Nicole nodded. "So then we like spread this rumour to a couple of our mutual friends and it got leaked to the press and then it was just crazy."
"Like no one knew it wasn't true," Paris continued. "Even my sister thought it was true at first."
"Was it hard to not see each other?" another reporter asked.
"Totally," Nicole said. "Because we've been friends for so long, it was so hard to not just ring her up and be like 'hey, wanna go out bitch?'."
"We like bought new cell phones and got like a number just for each other, so no one would know we were still talking a lot," Paris smirked.
"So all the interviews when you talked about it... all false?" someone asked.
"Yep. Just to keep it like real so people wouldn't work it out," Paris answered.
"That's all we have time for tonight," a rep for the Simple Life said, stepping in front of Nicole and Paris.
"Thanks so much for coming, we love you all," Paris said, blowing a kiss and waving.
Nicole waved, smiling sweetly. "Thanks bitches!"
