Bree gave the list of names and contact numbers to their switchboard operator to let them inform the future housemates that their applications into the Big Brother house were successful.
The phone call was fairly standard, all housemates receiving the news in the same way.

This is Rebecca from Point Entertainment. I'm just calling to inform you that you have progessed to the next stage of the Big Brother selection. Lock down. You have a month to get your affairs in order. A list of rules and requirements will be sent to you shortly.
Thank you. And good luck. We'll be in touch."
The idea was that the housemates were not going to be told they were successful right off. They would go into lockdown thinking they might get rejected at any moment. It would just be the beginning of the head games.
