Lucious was already grumpy when he picked up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Sir! Something proposterous had happened!"
Lucious frowned.
"Come again Lex?"
"The base. In Miami. It was raided..."
"What?" Lucious stood from his chair.
"The prisoners were freed and property seized. Rumours are going around about who was behind it. But who knows where it is?"
Lucious shook his head.
"I'll look into it. What do we have left?"
"The few who were able to get out. Gilly, Manson, Miles, Lenny... there's about eight of us I think. What do you want us to do?"
"Lay low for the moment," Lucious instructed, "until we know for sure who was behind the raid. Were they humans?"
"No Sir."
"Ok. Keep your eyes and ears open, for it may have been Guffery. Relocate to Orlando for time being."
"Yes Sir."
"I'll send for you. And try to stay alive."
"Yes Sir..."
