The End Is Nigh

Written by AiMsTeR and Michelle

Taylor

Taylor suddenly felt weird about being on the station without the escort. It was the first time he'd been there on his own in months.

However he did manage to avoid any Adige on the way to Tanya's quarters, before knocking on her door.

Tanya

Tanya opened up the door.

"Hi Taylor," she said. "Come on in."

She held open the door for him.

"How's things?"

Taylor

"Have you heard anything about Christian?" Taylor asked as he stepped through.

"I keep calling the centre and they won't tell me anything."

Tanya

Tanya walked towards the lounges as she spoke:

"Bits and pieces," she said. "But you probably shouldn't ring them up too much: we are trying to keep Christian's presense in the centre quiet and if someone were to figure out that they could get to Christian by spying on you..."

Taylor

Taylor blushed slightly.

"Sorry, I'm just worried is all," he admitted.

"And well, we haven't really told anyone. Besides Steel obviously. And Zac."

Tanya

"And I'll assume that you've told Isaac too. Given that he's the brother you live with," Tanya teased gently. "Don't worry. I understand how you feel, but I'm sure that's he's fine. I'm trying to talk Wayne into letting me visit him."

Taylor

Taylor chuckled.

"Well I haven't told Isaac as such," he pointed out, "he's just there every time I complain about it."

He sat down in his usual chair.

"How's it going so far?"

Tanya

Tanya chuckled.

"Pursuading Wayne? Like barking up a brick wall, I'm afraid. No matter, sooner or later I'll wear him down."

Taylor

"Well, just don't do anything stupid," Taylor insisted.

"And if you can find out, I do want to know when I can see him."

Tanya

Tanya nodded.

"Don't you do anything stupid either," she advised. "So, shall we get started?"

Taylor

"Me? Something stupid?" Taylor acted offended, before smiling.

"Sure."

He leant back to get ready.

Tanya

Tanya leaned back also, before closing her eyes and sending her mind into Taylor's to commence with his regular treatment. It went far more smoothly than it did the month before, and nothing she did would cause Taylor any pain either.
