Dan checked himself out in the mirror one last time before going out to where the limo was waiting. The limo would pick up him before Hilary. Tom, Emma, Rupert, Matt and the Phelps twins were all staying at the same hotel, but Dan begged off riding in with them, in hopes of actually spending some time alone with his girlfriend. After the movie, there were a couple good afterparties, and of course, Dan had Regis & Kelly the next morning, and Leno in the afternoon.
Dan slid into the limo and gave the drive instructions to pick up Hilary.
Hilary
Hilary sat patiently, waiting for her stylist to finish the final touches on her hair.
"Done," she said, spraying the last curl to set it in place.
"Thank you," Hilary replied, standing up and carefully sliding her feet into her high heels. She walked over to the bed and picked up her bag, and then went to check her make up one last time before Dan arrived.
