A Not So Simple Life

Written byNessa

Paris and Nicole

"So," Paris said, leaning back in her seat as their meals arrived. "Are we going to do it?"

Nicole lifted her fork and delicately stabbed at a cherry tomato. "Maybe, I mean, what's the concept this time? Can we ask for a lot more, because, the last time, it wasn't as fun."

"They've approached me with the idea of a camp," the taller girl replied, pushing her food around on her plate before starting to eat. "We'd be counsellors. Or something."

"Maybe."

Nicole pushed her chair back a little, thinking, and Paris studied her in concern. The stress of constantly coming and going from Australia for their commitments to Big Brother were taking their toll on both of them, and Nicole's weight was dangerously low again. Paris hoped that by being involved in the Simple Life again, her own junk food habits would influence Nicole again, and she'd start to gain some much needed weight.

"I think we'll be allowed to ask for more as well," Paris went on. "And Big Brother wraps up this week, so no more of that back and forth stuff."

Nicole nodded. "I'll think about it and let you know."

And so the pair continued to eat their lunch, occasionally interrupted by the click of a camera.
