What I find awesome is the way the writers have managed to give every character a personality
Like, the mutants aren't solely defined by their power

We did need to know what the powers were going to be so they could be written into the scrips

You'd be amazed at just how many special effects are being used in a movie where people can do their own effects

I think it's partly trying to film those effects, and partly trying to represent powers that can't actually be caught on camera
Well that makes a certain amount of sense, I suppose...
I think that Fairview has it better from that point of view
Being able to supply their own effects cuts down on the amount of budget they have to spend on them
Ahh yes, the wonders of low-budget TV shows... mwahaha
