Leroy leaned back in his chair, thinking about the report he had just read. He had asked for it about a month ago - about the Fudge Gang. The agent in charge of that sent his appologies for the delay, but he had been undercover at the time checking on a rumour they needed confirmation on. A rumour that, if true, would have made a significant impact on the contents of his report.
It was as Leroy had feared - there was someone in the upper ranks of the gang who was organising it. Raids, ploys, scams, all becoming more co-ordinated and professional.
With the information he had previously received from Tad there was no doubt in his mind that Christian was that one.
And that was another thing. It had been a couple of weeks now, and Leroy just didn't know what to do with Tad. Tad was still sending him reports, but Leroy hadn't read any of them yet. Every now and then he'd go to read one... and something would stop him. He told himself he was just being silly but still...
In any case, he couldn't ignore this. He had to bring Christian in. He should talk to Wayne - he was head of security after all - and the Hansons... and Tanya... should be brought in for questioning. Probably he would recommend this be done after the Blakesley case was over, although he was sure that Wayne would come to that conclusion on his own.
