The class grew slient as the teacher stood to the front.
"You are all here at inviatation," he said. "Being at this workshop does not mean that you already have a role in the movie or TV show. Being at this workshop means that they are interested in finding out your fitness to be in the productions."
Psylocke shifted her weight.
"As you probably already know, there have been no scripts written. There are no parts for you to audition for," he went on. "Characters in the productions are going to be written specifically for your powers and the role they play is dictated by your acting ability. Getting a role still isn't a guarentee either if you don't keep your standard of acting up or improve it. This is going to be like any other job, boys and girls."
Psylocke refrained from rolling her eyes.
"Okay, now over the next six weeks we're going to be working on three projects. This first one will be three weeks. The second one week, and the third two weeks. I'm sure you'll be glad to know there are scrips prepared for all three," he went on to talk more about the course they were doing.
At last he stopped talking, and they started doing some theatre sports to warm up. Then the real work began.
