"Oooooh!" said the little girl. "Mummy? Can I have one? Please?"
Her mother sighed and let herself be pulled over to Rogue's stall.
"See Mummy? Pretty," the little girl pointed, admiring Rogue's handywork.
Rogue smiled and put her hands over some more sand. A few moments later a little glass ballerina figurine had formed in her hand. She was definitely improving.
"Oooh! Mummy, can I have that one, please? Please?"
The hagged looking mother sighed again and regarded Rogue.
"How much?"
Rogue told her the price and the mother looked a little relieved, like she expected more. She paid for the figurine and the two left. Rogue got back to work making some more things, and was often interupted by people wanting to buy, or to make specific things for them.
At one point, however, Rogue got this feeling of being watched. And yet, she knew she was being watched, but it wasn't the same as having curious people here to see the circus watch. It was more like a piercing, studious kind of watching. The creepy kind.
Then Zurina bounded onto her leg and the feeling disapated.
"Hey girl," Rogue said. "Whatcha been up to?"
