Gunn, Angel and Faith
Boss, we have trouble," Harmony said, stepping into his office, holding files with one hand, a mug of blood in the other.
"The police called."
Gunn looked up from the documents he'd been reading, and furrowed his eyebrows.
"Everything we do is legit, so..."
Angel took the blood off Harmony and sipped at it.
"Like we don't have enough problems, what did they want?"
"Don't you mean who?" Harmony asked.
"Ok, who?"
"The Slayer."
That caught Faith's attention and she sat up straight, from where she'd been dozing lightly on the couch.
"Took those boys long enough, what exactly did they want?"
"You back in jail, but they've decided to be fair and give you a trial. You'll need a lawyer," Harmony replied.
"Shouldn't be too hard to find one here then," Faith said.
"Gunn?" Angel rubbed his eyes.
"I want you on it."
"Me? Well, ok, but I don't think I can..."
"You're the only person I'd trust with this."
"Same here," Faith said, patting Gunn's shoulder.
"Plus, you look sweet in a suit."
Gunn laughed.
"Alright, then we better get started on your case, shouldn't we? How long have we got, Harmony?"
"Hmm, until next week, they want this over with and her back behind bars."
Harmony nodded and then left the office, retreating back to her desk.
Gunn stood up and helped Faith to her feet.
"Ok, shall we go get started then?"
"Word up, let's do this."
Angel smiled faintly at the two of them, then returned to working out the budget and how he was going to tell Fred he had to cut some of her funding.

Faith collapsed onto the antique looking couch in Gunn's office, her feet dangling over the edge.
"So, you're gonna keep me out? How exactly are ya gonna do it?"
Gunn closed the doors to his office and took a seat behind his desk.
"Review the facts. Hopefully the tattered remains of the Watchers Council won't decide they want to dredge your case up too. But yeah, we'll go over it, and if I'm not mistaken, some of the police force know about our sort of lifestyle with the slaying and some. So it won't be too hard to show that you will do more good outside than you would inside."
Faith nodded.
"I have faith in you, Obi-Wan."
"No pun intended, yeah?"
"Ha, freaking, ha. Anyway, I should give Logan a call, tell him what's what. But I'll do that tonight. Feel up to a bit of sparring? Or is your afternoon too full?"
Gunn shook his head, grinning.
"Never too busy for some violence. Let's go."
