Zac and Isaac
"Mwa ha ha!" Zac laughed evilly. "I'm gonna go in the challenge again, and I'm gonna become the tournament champion again!"
"Is that a challenge?" Isaac asked.
"Not my fault you cheat."
"Not my fault if other telekinetics don't know they can do it with their eyes closed."
Walker
"You two behave yourselves now..." Walker began, as he walked past.
"I can kick you out just as easily as anyone else."
He grinned as he walked off.
Zac and ISaac
"Of course we'll behave ourselves, badly," Zac joked.
Isaac chuckled.
"You're asking for trouble."
"so what else is new?"
"Umm, hey Julie!" Zac waved behind him.
"Zac that's old," Isaac said, then looked behind. "Hi Julie."
"Ha! You still looked!"
"That's because whenever someone says 'Hi' to someone, and you deny that person is there, they always are," Isaac replied. "Happens all the time."
Julie giggled.
"Hi guys," she grinned.
"I didn't think you were going to come," Zac said. "Y'know, the tournament started yesterday."
"I was here yesterday," Julie replied. "I was just busy coversing with my other friends."
"You have other friends?"
"Yes I do."
"And you didn't even bother to talk to me first? The father of your children!" Zac said dramatically.
"Only two of them."
"Pardon?"
Julie was quiet for a moment.
"I'm pregnant again."
"Again?"
"Okay I'm going to take this moment to leave," Isaac said. "It's obvious that this is the first meeting of the 'I keep having children' association."
"And seeing as you're a virgin still, you have no place here," Zac replied continuing the joke.
"Exactly. Later."
Jessica and Rachel
Jess and Rach walked over to Zac an Julie.
"Hey," Jess said, laying her head on her brother's shoulder. "Rachel's moping."
"I am not moping."
"Oh you are too moping."
"No, I was looking forward to kicking Ashley's ass in the shapeshifting comps, but I can't morph, 'cause of the baby."
"But look at the positive side of the situation."
"Which is?"
"If you're here, you're not at the mansion with all the drama queens."
"Good point," Rachel conceded. "So Jules, what's up?"
Julie and Zac
"Nothing new," Julie replied.
"So, who's the father this time?" Zac asked, kneeling down to the twins level in their stroller.
"Don't know."
"I've heard that before."
"Well, this time it's the truth," Julie grinned. "There are lemme see, about five, six possibilities? Bobby, Tav, Avalanche, Angelo, Sergei is a maybe possibility, and, and Dirk."
"Dirk's the jerk who raped you huh?"
"Yeah."
Jessica and Rachel
Jess scrunched up her face.
"Julie, if you ever just want to vent, I'll listen. Been there, done that. Guys suck."
" 'Cept Zac," Rach said.
"Naw, Tiggers a big sweetie-pie. But I warn you both now," she said to Rach and Julie, "You start talking about what my brother's like in bed. . . again. . . and I will give you nightmares for a year." Rach waggled her eyebrows. "Don't even think about it, Rachel."
Zac and Julie
"Too late," Julie joked. "Bt if it makes you feel better, I'll talk about other people in bed. Bobby is particular is really, really good. He has a Prince Albert. And I love his tongue. And -"
"Julie?"
"Mmm?"
"I've heard this story before."
"Jess hasn't!"
"That's no excuse."
"Rach!" called a voice.
Marco ran over and gave Rachel a hug.
Rachel
"Marco!" Rachel giggled as he tried to piuck her up and spin her around. "Hey, go easy on the pregnant girl, ratboy," Rach teased as Cassie and Jake strolled over, holding hands.
"All right," Rach decided, "Since I'm not allowed to paticipate in any of the events, somebody has to knock Zac down a peg." Cassie laughed.
"Oh, Rach, I almost forgot. Your sisters made me promise to ask you to email them."
"Will do. Hey cuz," she said, flicking Jake in the ear.
Zac and Julie
"Hey guys," Zac said. "Oh hey, you don't know Julie. Julie, these are Marco, Jake and Cassie. They're animorphs like Rach."
"Hey," Julie saluted.
"And this is Julie. In case you couldn't figure that out by the fact that that's what I just called her," Zac nodded. "And these are B'Elanna and Tom. Our twins."
"Nice to meet ya Julie," Marco nodded before turning to Zac. "Now, before I forget."
He slammed his fist into Zac's face. Because Zac was still kneeling on the ground, he lost his balance and fell backwards.
"Hey, what was that for?" Zac objected.
"Didn't I tell you not to hurt Rach? Now you've gotten her pregnant, and you're not even hanging around -"
"Uh, hello?" Zac said, standing up. "Faith. And Rach and I did try. Now if you don't mind, the only fighting allowed around here is in the challenge arena."
Marco smirked.
"I've already signed us up."
"It's customary to challenge the person first before you book a time."
"Mmm, testosterone," Julie grinned. "It's so cool when you have an avid protector, isn't it Rach?"
Rachel and Jessica
"Absolutely," Rach said, giggling. "I also kinda knew that Marco was gonna do that." She looked at Jake, who looked like he was going to join in at any moment. "I gotta love my protector boys. Oh look, more family." Walking over to them were Max and Liz, Michael and Maria, and Isabel.
"Hey guys," Jess said. Max gave his pregnant cousin a gentle hug.
"Looks like the gang's all here," Cassie said, "Where'd Isaac go off to?"
Julie and Zac
"We scared him off," Julie giggled.
"He's probably gone to chat up Vicky," Zac grinned.
"Vicky?"
"Yeah, she's a telepath who's helped us out a few times."
"But... doesn't he have a girlfriend?"
"They broke up."
"Ahh."
Rachel
"So, Julie, how's it going?" Izzy asked, throwing an arm around her friend. Maia looked around.
"So you guys are all related, right?"
"Not exactly," Rachel said. "Okay, my mom, and Jake's dad are brother and sister, and Max and Izzy's dad are brothers. ANd then Julie and I were at the same school in Tulsa, and then she moved in down the street from my cousins. It's all rather complicated."
"Yeah, it really is," Maria consented.
"So," Rachel said, "I suppose congratulations are in order," she said, hugging Max and Liz. You guys set a date yet?"
Julie and Zac
"They're engaged," Isabel explained.
"Ahh," Zac nodded. "Congrats."
"Thanks," said Max.
"Everything is good," Julie replied. "Not much new since yesterday."
"Oh so these are your other friends," Zac said.
"Yes. Jealous?"
"Umm, nope. Not really."
Jessica
"Hey Zac," Jake said, "I bet you get tournament goofball again. Actually, after Marco, I think I'll have to challenge you as well," he said, grinning.
Izzy grinned at Jess. "There is no way you're winning this year, Jess. I am so gonna beat your pants off."
"That's what you think. I beat you last year, and I'll do it again," the two Dreamwalkers teased each other.
Zac and Julie
"Naw," Zac replied. "You only get that if you don't win anything. And you're comical about it."
He nodded.
"Interesting," Julie said. "I can see why you've won it before."
Zac poked his tongue out at her.
"I can think of better uses for that tongue."
"I know. You've demonstrated before."
"So I have."
Rachel and Jessica
"As have I," Rachel said, grinning evilly. Jake swatted at her.
"Exactly when did my cousin turn into mini-slut-in-training?" he asked with a pointed look at Zac. Rachel waggled her eyebrows at him and laughed evilly.
"Wouldn't you like to know?"
"Actually, not so much."
"Hear hear!" Jessi agreed. "Notsomuch with the wanting to know ANYTHING about my brother's sex life."
"I am thinking about getting my tongue pierced, though," Rachel said.
Julie and Zac
"Tongue rings rocks," Julie nodded.
"I like my sex life," Zac said innocently. "Why wouldn't you want to know anything about it?"
"Well, for starters, you're married now," Julie replied. "So if we hear about you doing anyone but Faith, I sense problems ahead."
"I have no intention of doing anything of the sort."
"Just because you don't any any intentions right now, doesn't mean you won't."
"Thanks for the vote of confidence."
Rachel and Jessica
"Well," Rachel said, "When you were dating me, you had group sex with Faith and Julie and Bobby. So , sorry, I don't really have all that much faith in your fidelity. Pun intended." Jess made a horrible face.
"Okay. EW EW EW EW EW EW EW! ! ! ! I'm going to follow Ike, and let the rest of you be disgusting." And with Jess went off in search of her eldest brother.
"Truthfully I don't mind all this talk," Michael said, flashing an evil look at Maria. "Except it makes me want to dol other things."
Zac and Julie
"Fidelity? Zac doesn't know the meaning of the word," Marco glowered.
"Oh yeah? Says who?"
"Me. And your own actions."
"He has a point," Julie said. "You do have a habit of sleeping around."
"Did have a habit. Not any more," Zac said stubbornly, folding his arms across his chest.
"That's what they all say," Julie said knowingly.
Rachel
"Think about it dude," jake said. "You do have a habit of dating very slutty girls-- no offense to Rach and Julie-- and usually dating 3 or 4 at a time. So, forgive us if we're a bit skeptical about your ability to stay faithful to Faith, even when married. Your past habits speak for themselves."
"No offense taken," Rachel said. "I know my actions may be percieved as slutty, and truthfully? I don't give a crap."
"I also have something to say," Marco said, holding his hands up. "I'd like you all to re3member how Zac oh-so-graciously hit on Melissa when she and I were dating." Rach giggled at the memory.
Keltie
Keltie roamed the tournament, ears hidden behind her thick black hair. This was interesting, to see how the flipside of the world lived. Science compared to magick.
Not that much different.
She scratched her ear lazily as she looked over the table of fuzzles, then moved away again.
Zac and Julie
"Hey, when Faith and I started dating I didn't go out with anyone else. I may have had the one one night stand, but I didn't date."
"Details, details," Julie replied.
"And I didn't know that you and Melissa were dating at the time," Zac went on. "I don't knowingly hit on other people's girlfriends. At least, not seriously."
