Realising that he wasn't going to get any answers directly from Taylor, but aware that he'd probably talk to his brothers about it, Tad shamelessly eavesdropped on their conversation.
He made careful mental note of how things were said at the time. Taylor went off with at least Christian. Christian must have some connection with Tanya, as Taylor had said that he had contacted her to send YIRAAS agents to where he was dropping off Blakesley.
Interesting. Very interesting.
It left Tad with some more questions to answer. What was Christian's connection with Tanya? Why would Christian ask for YIRAAS agents when he could have disposed of Blakesley himself? Was it because of Taylor's presence? What exactly is their relationship, anyway? Did anyone else go with them?
Every question he thought of seems to spawn new ones. And he hadn't managed to get much more information on either Guffery nor Christian from other sources, which had led him to the conclusion that both must be high profile in some way, else it wouldn't be so difficult.
Perhaps he needed to change tactics with the Hansons.
