Getting the go ahead

Miette and Prince Harry

Prince Harry and his entourage were back in England. But it was not for being back home that he was glowing with excitement.

"Miette! Dad said yes!"

"I know," Miette smiled.

"He likes the idea! He said yes!"

"I know. I was there, remember?"

"Yes, I know, but... he said yes!"

"You sound surprised. He did want you to come up with something, and you did. This is it. It's been well thought out. Why wouldn't he like it?"

Prince Harry looked at her for a moment.

"He said yes!"

Miette giggled.

"He did, he did. And shouldn't you start putting the plans in action?"

"Uhh... yes... I guess I should... I mean, we should," Prince Harry nodded. "You're not getting out of helping me with this one."

"Sir, yes sir," she teased.

"Okay... umm... where to begin?" he plonked down on a seat.

"We need cast and crew," Miette replied. "You need - we need - to find a director - directors, sorry, since we have both a movie and a soap to put together. And of course, make up, costume departments, cinematography, editors, marketing, yadda yadda. I assume you want to pick and choose what cast we get?"

"Well, the mutants anyway... I'd say the industry is pretty full of humans."

Miette nodded.

"Okay... wait, I'll just get pen and paper."

She turned herself into light, and zipped out of the room faster than Prince Harry could blink. And then abruptly she returned, back in her physical form, pen and paper in hand.

"That's really cool, by the way."

Miette chuckled.

"I'd make a killer secretary. No need for short hand when you can write at the speed of light," she smirked, quickly writing down what they had so far.

"Okay, well... what would be the best way to get a director? And all those other people?" Prince Harry asked. "I guess... if we find a good director he'd know who he'd like to work with."

"I believe that there can be multiple directors for soaps."

"Hmm. All of a sudden this is getting complicated."

"Probably there's some sort of directors guild we can talk to. I know there's a writers one - oh! Something else we need."

"I'd like to get the actors before anything is written - so we know what powers to incorporate."

"Of course."

Before too long, they were making plans, and even signed onto the internet so they could do some research on how and who to employ.
