Shannon, Aranince and Rogue
A little later Shannon and Aranince went down to the caf for lunch.
"Hey Shannon," Rogue greeted, then gave Aranince a curious look. "Who's your friend?"
"This is my sister, Aranince. Ara, this is my friend Rogue."
"Hi Rogue," Aranince grinned.
"Wow, it's nice to meet you."
"Yeah, I know."
Rogue gave a nervous laugh as the sisters sat down.
"What brings you to New York?"
"Just visiting my little sister. Probably stay in New York for a bit. Get a place nearby though, so I can stay near Shazza."
"Shazza?"
Shannon gave a shy smile and Aranince grinned.
"I'm the only one who ever calls her that," she said.
Bobby and Rebekah
"Rogue, lovely to see you today," Bobby greeted, smiling cheerfully. "And Shannon, and... lovely lady that I have not yet met."
"Ignore him, he's been with Tav too much," Rebekah cut in. "Hey Rogue, Shannon..."
Rogue, Shannon and Aranince
"Aranince. But everyone usually calls me Ara," Aranince replied. "I'm Shazza's sister, you know, in case you couldn't tell by the pointed ears. Which for the record is about the only thing we have in common."
Shannon smiled.
"This is Bobby and Rebekah," Rogue told Aranince.
"Nice to meet you."
Bobby and Rebekah
"Pretty name," Rebekah said, smiling slightly.
"Yeah, and that's not the only thing that's pretty," Bobby cut in, winking jokingly at Aranince.
Rogue, Shannon and Aranince
"Aww, so sweet," Aranince grinned.
Shannon got a 'oh no not again' expression on her face.
"Stay away from him," Rogue advised. "He's probably got herps."
Bobby
"That was one time and I'm quite recovered, thank you very much," Bobby retorted.
"And Aranince can do what she likes. Or who. And if she happens to want to do me, then I am more than willing to oblige."
Aranince, Rogue and Shannon
Aranince laughed.
"And I expect nothing less from a high school boy," she grinned.
"Please don't tell me we have another Julie," Rogue said. "I mean, I like Julie. She's my friend. But..."
"Don't worry. Ara is not quite that bad," Shannon smiled.
"Yes I am," Aranince joked. "I don't know who Julie is, but I am that bad."
Bobby
Bobby wiggled his eyebrows.
"Well, Julie's not really bad. Oh she can be, I guess. Hey, where's Tav?"
Octavian, Logan & Sergei.
"Octavian is here and feeling bruised," Octavian said as he entered the room.
Logan entered after him and raised an eyebrow slightly.
"Bruised? I pulled my punches, bub."
"Yes, ow, bruised and hurt."
Octavian pouted. Logan snorted at him and went to sit down somewhere else.
"Why were we dicussing me? I hope it was about how devillishly good looking I am and my fantastic techniques in bed..."
"And oh so modest," Sergei said, entering after him.
He walked up behind Shannon and kissed her forehead gently.
"Hey."
Shannon and Aranince
"Hey," Shannon smiled. "Oh, Sergei, this is my sister, Ara. Ara, this is... this is my boyfriend Sergei."
"Ooooh," Aranince said. "So you're the boyfriend. Wait you have a boyfriend?"
"You knew I was pregnant, even thought I didn't tell you, and you didn't know this?"
"But this is you we're talking about."
Shannon tilted her head inquiringly.
"Shazza, you never cease to amaze me," Aranince said.
Shannon smiled.
Bobby
"I missed you, Tav."
Bobby nodded.
Sergei & Octavian.
"Nice to meet you, Ara," Sergei said politely.
Octavian smiled and leant over to kiss Bobby gently.
"Awww, I feel the love."
Aranince and Shannon
"Bi are we, Bobby?" Aranince asked. "Is this school so very free with it sexuality?"
"With sex in general," Rogue said dryly. "It's kind of scary."
"And the teachers don't have something to say about it?"
"Oh Ah'm sure they have something to say, just no one listens."
Shannon reached tentatively for Sergei's hand.
