Gwen
Gwen nervously raised her hand and knocked on the door of Billy's house. Ok mansion. Close to castle. After a few moments, Billy answered the door, bouncing slightly.
"Gwen, you made it! Come in, Orli's here too," Billy said, this obviously being his way of a greeting this morning.
"Oh ok, cool."
Gwen followed Billy through into a large room, where Dom and Orlando were sitting in overstuffed armchairs, giggling about something.
"Orli, this is Gwen," Billy said.
Orlando stood up and went over to Gwen. He kissed her hand and smiled charmingly. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
Gwen smiled back. "And to you."
"Ignore him, he thinks he's so suave because he was an elf," Dom said.
"Least I wasn't a hobbit," Orlando shot back.
"Hobbits are cool, we're tiny, we like to get drunk and eat, what's bad about that?" Billy asked.
"You can't fight." Orlando went back and lazed back in his chair again.
"Can so!" Dom replied indignantly.
Gwen sat down on one of the chairs that Billy indicated.
"Nah, remember how we did that four weeks of sword training, then the first chance in the movie we get to use them, we all drop them?" Billy asked, grinning.
"Pete just wanted to make Viggo look good," Dom retorted.
"Like that's difficult. Anyway, Gwen, here," Billy said, handing her a script.
Gwen opened it to see her lines highlighted.
"Ok, Gwen, you and I get to rehearse," Dom said, wiggling his eyebrows comically.
"Heaven help me," Gwen replied sarcastically.
"Ha! I like her already," Orlando announced.
"Oh shut up, nancy elf boy! Don't make me use the cobra on you," Dom warned.
"So scared, Dom, so very scared."
"Anyway, when you too women have stopped your bickering!" Billy joked. "Let's get on with this."
Dom and Gwen started to act out the scene and after a few minutes, Billy promptly announced that they'd found their lead actress.
"So, how long are you staying?" Orlando asked, flipping through the script Dom had discarded to the floor.
"Not sure... however. Taking a break from home, kids and yeah, all that."
"You've had kids?"
"Yeah. Twins. Last year."
"Cool, what are their names?"
"Bryant and Eavan."
"Aww, cute!" Billy said.
They spent the rest of the day chatting and reading through the script.
