Nessa

Gwen and Paige

Gwen drove for hours, narrowly avoiding a few accidents. She reached her old school again, and hopped out of the car. She saw her younger self playing amongst the rubble and skipped over to see her.

"Hi," she smiled.

Little Gwen looked up. "I'm still bleeding," she said quietly, pointing to her neck.

Gwen bent down and ran her hand through the warm blood. "It hurts, doesn't it?"

"Yes."

Gwen stood up and made her way over to her parents graves. She stood over them, thinking, crying, for a long while.

"You deserve this, you know," she said, her voice hoarse from crying. "You hurt me, and made me run and hide. And I hate you for that."

She sighed and turned, heading back for her car. She hopped in, and started the engine, driving back to the mansion, horns blaring at her as she wildly drove around. As she pulled up, she paused, shivering at the thought of going back in and having to be good again.

"No... I need... I need... P... P... aige?" Gwen said as she got out of the car.

Paige orbed in. "Yo? Gwen?" She peered at Gwen in concern. "What's happened?"

"Can... I... I don't like it here anymore," Gwen said, struggling with her words. "Can I stay with you?"

"Yeah, of course, but is there - "

"Let's go now."

Paige nodded and took her hand, and orbed them back to Tulsa. She hlped Gwen into the bathroom and handed her sone clothes and a towel. "Here, have a shower, then come down and get something to eat, I'll let Piper and Pheebs know you're here."
