Halliwells, Xander and Faith

Phoebe tried one last time to scry for Faith. She was about to give up when suddenly the crystal flew out of her hands and hit the spot on the map where Faith apparently was. She shook Xander, who had fallen asleep on the couch and screamed out for Paige.

"PAIGE! I'VE FOUND HER!" Phoebe bellowed.

Paige came running down the stairs, dressed in pyjamas but with shoes on. She looked at the map and nodded.

Xander took her hand and they orbed out, orbing in to the bushes where they saw Faith, curled up in a ball, looking scared and tired.

"Faithy?" Xander asked quietly.

Faith recoiled at the sound of a male voice. And at the sound of 'Faithy'. She looked up, half fearing it was Angelus.

"Faith, love?" Paige asked. She bent down and touched Faith's hand lightly.

Faith flinched.

"Come on, we'll take you home," Paige said. She took Xander's hand and touched Faith again, orbing them out and back into the Manor.

Faith looked around the room. "No... this is just a dream," she whispered.

Paige tried to lay her down on the couch, but Faith wouldn't. She wasn't going to lie down again, bad things happened when she lay down.

"Faith, I can heal you."

Faith nodded.

Paige sighed and lifted her hands. She'd have to do this while she was sitting up. Her hands glowed as she went about healing everything. Paige smiled slightly as the injuries disappeared.

Faith shivered involuntarily.

"Are you cold, Faithy?" Xander asked, concerned tone in his voice as he moved closer to Faith.

Faith jumped up and away from Xander. "Don't."

"Don't what, Faithy?"

"Don't call me that!" Faith cried.

Xander stepped over to her. "It's ok... I'm sorry."

"No, you're not! You... you took me, and you hurt me, and you used me, and you played with my mind!" Faith screamed, in her mind, seeing Xander as Angelus.

"No, Faith," Xander began helplessly.

"You hurt me," Faith said angrily. "You did it, over and over, and you didn't care."

"No, that's Xander," Paige said quietly.

Faith stared blankly at Xander. "Oh... Xander. I'm sorry."

"Don't be sorry, Faith." Xander stepped closer to Faith, who was still shivering and flinching away from him. "I just... I'll stand here."

"Can... can I stay here?" Faith asked timidly.

Paige nodded. "Come on, I'll take you upstairs."
