Angel and Faith

Angelus licked his lips as he watched Faith fighting with a vampires. He stepped out of the bushes and clapped.

"Well, I love seeing a Slayer fight and get all sweaty. Kinda warms a man up inside. Well, not this man," Angelus said, his evil grin spreading across his face.

Faith quickly staked the vampire, then brushed herself off and folder her arms. "Hmmm, Angelus. Long time no see."

"Well, for you. I've been seeing a lot of you," Angelus remarked, pointing to her neck.

Faith's hand went up to her neck, and she fiddled with the bandage. "Didn't your mother ever tell you not to point."

"Yeah, but then I ate her."

"Charming."

"You know me."

"Yeah, which is why I know this isn't you," Faith replied evenly.

"Your pal, Angel, is gone."

"Doubtful. Very doubtful. I kicked you ass, I can do it again."

"Doubtful. Very doubtful," Angelus replied in a mocking tone.

"You think I won't beat you?"

"I know you won't beat me, Faithy. But I have plans for you yet. Besides, I quite like feasting myself upon your blood."

"Be careful, you'll end up with a blood belly."

"So powerful, tastes kinda like Buffy's blood did. Of course, her's was probably nicer. After all... she was better than you at everything."

"That's not gonna work, but nice try," Faith remarked casually.

Angelus grinned as he vamped out. "Could I get another taste?"

"Yeah, come and get it," Faith said as she twisted away from him and brought her leg up in a spiral kick. She jumped onto a gravestone and pistoned her legs out, knocking Angelus to the ground. She jumped on top of him, straddling his chest and lifting her stake over his heart.

"I knew you'd like it on top," Angelus chuckled. He grabbed her shoulders and brought her mouth down to his, kissing her roughly, nipping at her lips, drawing blood and drinking it in. She struggled and pushed herself away, rolling off him and jumping back to her feet.

"I see your lover has taught you well," he grinned, getting to his feet.

"Yeah, better than you ever could, obviously," Faith shot back.

"I'm jealous... maybe I should just go and kill him."

"You touch a hair on his head, and I will kill you."

"Ooh, threatened by a Slayer. There's a new experience for me. Not. Slayers, both been there and done that."

Faith lifted her chin defiantly. "But you've forgotten who you're dealing with now."

"What, you? I'm trembling. You're just like Buffy... only, weaker. It won't take me long to crack you."

"But I'm not like Buffy. I'm the bad Slayer, remember, Angelus? Kicked your ass once before and I could do it again."

"Well, come on then. Wait... no, that's not how our game is going to work." Angelus turned to leave. "I'll be in touch Faithy... oh and... keep your door unlocked tonight, will you?"

And with that, he was gone.

Faith ran to Xander's house and panted as she stood on his doorstop. "XANDER!"

He opened the door. "What?"

"I need some help... Angelus is back and he has free roam of my house."

"We'll do the spell. Come on."
