Faith
Faith sat up in bed, the images of her past swarming through her head.
"Thought I'd stop by." Buffy stopped the music on Faith's stereo.
"Is he dead yet?" Faith looked up from her position on the bed, putting down her comics and twizzlers.
"He's not gonna die. It was a good try, though. Your plan?"
"Uh-huh. The Mayor got me the poison. Said it was wicked painful." Faith sat up and stood up from the bed.
"There's a cure."
"Damn. What is it?" Faith looked amused.
"Your blood. As justice goes, it's not un-poetic, don't you think?"
"Come to get me? You gonna feed me to Angel? You know you're not going to take me alive."
"Not a problem."
"Well, look at you. All dressed up in big sister's clothes." Faith moved closer to Buffy and looked her up and down.
"You told me I was just like you. That I was holding it in."
"They approach until they're standing face to face."
"Ready to cut loose?"
"Try me."
"Okay then. Give us a kiss."
Buffy punched Faith. Then Faith punched Buffy. They were fighting brutally around Faith's apartment.
"Not getting tired are you? I'm just starting to feel it."
They fought some more and then crashed out the window. Buffy pulled out some handcuffs and handcuffed their wrists together.
"Stick around," Buffy said.
They continued to fight.
"What's the matter? All that killing, you afraid to die?" Buffy yelled, breathing heavily.
Faith spun Buffy and she gained the leverage to use her legs to snap the handcuff chain. They faced off. Faith held a length of pipe and Buffy pulled out Faith's knife.
"That's mine!" Faith exclaimed.
"You're about to get it back."
They fought some more.
"Man, I'm going to miss this," Faith grinned.
Buffy plunged the knife into Faith's abdomen.
"You did it. You killed me," Faith said weakly, but smiling.
Faith climbed onto the low wall at the edge of the terrace and looked down, seeing a lorry driving below her.
"Still won't help your boy, though. Shoulda been there, B, quite a ride." Faith held onto her stomach while speaking, the blood puddle getting bigger.
Faith fell backward off the wall and landed in the bed of the moving truck.
Faith breathed in deeply. "Oh God. Oh," she gasped. She looked down at her stomach to see a long scar across her abdomen. Suddenly she felt really disgusted at herself. She jumped up and ran into the bathroom, vomitted into the toilet.
