Faith and Xander
Xander cleared his throat as he and Faith walked side by side. Faith glanced over at him, and handed him the crossbow. She held a finger up to her lips and then flipped over the headstone and found herself standing among three large demons.
"Oh, hi!" she said. "Can I play too?"
The demons stared at her.
"Well, I'll take that as a yes." Faith started to fight with the one directly in front of her as Xander came around with the crossbow.
Xander and Faith looked to have the upper hand when the largest out of the demons grabbed Faith and threw her against a headstone, then strode over and knocked her head against the cold stone, several times. She looked over at Xander with blurry eyes, he'd just finished off the second demon.
She struggled weakly and managed to get her knife from her pocket. She threw it to Xander, who caught it and cut the head off the demon on top of her.
"You ok?" Xander asked.
"Um... yeah, I think so. My head just hurts." Faith took Xander's hand weakly, and he helped her up.
They walked slowly back to Faith's house, and he unlocked the door and helped her into bed.
"Do we need Paige?"
"Nah, I just need some sleep. I heal fast."
Xander nodded. "Alright, well I'll see you tomorrow probably."
"Ok... thanks."
Xander saluted and headed out, stopping only to lock the door.
