Dani, Rusty and Sally
Dani woke up in the hotel room to find it early morning. She rolled over & saw Rusty & Sally asleep in each other's arm's. Dani yawned, then stretched & then jumped out of bed & heading out to go make some breakfast. She walked into the lounge room, expecting to see Sam alseep on the lounge. He wasn't there.
When Dani, Sally, & Rusty left him, Sam was still talking with the Charmed One's at the resturant. He said he would make his own way to the hotel. She began to get really worried about him, especially after all they were told about Tulsa at dinner.
Dani ran back into the bedroom & started claping her hand's. "Get up!" she yelled at Rusty & Sally, who jumped out of bed. "At least he's wearing pant's this time" Dani thought to herself.
Within minute's, the three of them were dressed, packed & ready to go find Sam. They packed up the car & then left, their destination; The Manor.
Soon, Dani was running up the stair's to knock on the Charmed One's Door. She knocked calmly, still fretting for Sam's safety. "He may be a mutant, but that doesn't make him invincible!" she thought to herself as she waited for someone to answer.
Piper
Piper opened the door, rubbing her eyes.
"Oh hey, back again?"
She stepped back.
"Come in."
Dani
"Hey, sorry to have come so early but we can't find Sam." Dani said, as she walked past Piper into the house, "Did you see where he got off to last night? He seemed to hit it off with you guys, especially Phoebe, so I thought you guy's might know where he was last."
Dani took a deep breath after blurting all that out & watched Piper's face for a reaction.
Piper and Phoebe
Piper held a straight face and nodded. "I... um..."
Phoebe walked downstairs, wrapped in a bathrobe, her hair tussled from the obvious activities she'd been involved in during the night.
"Morning guys, and... ooop, hey."
Dani, Sam and Sally
Dani looked up at Phoebe & started to say "Did you see..." and then she saw him, walking down the stairs behind Phoebe. "...Sam" Dani finished.
"Uh...Hi!" Sam said nervously, buttoning up his partially unbottoned shirt.
Dani watched him angrily as he walked down the stairs, avoiding eye contact with her. Dani went to say something but Sally & Rusty walked in & started before Dani could.
"Dani? Is he...?" Sally asked & then looked at Sam standing next to Phoebe. "Oh" she said, embarrassed & walked back out to the car while Rusty stood next to Dani & said quietly "Busted!"
Dani's fist's clenched. "Was it that hard to make a phone call Sam?! We were worried sick about you!" she said through gritted teeth. She didn't want to yell in someone else's house. She'd save the yelling for the car.
"You! Car! Now!" she commanded & Sam lowered his head. He turned & kissed Phoebe on the cheek & said "Thanks. See you again soon hopefully" & then left, also thanking Piper on the way out.
Once Sam was out the house, Dani turned to the two women & smiled.
"I am so sorry about this. This scene and everything. We were so worried..." Dani said, now feeling bad for her behaviour.
Phoebe and Piper
Phoebe stifled a giggle. "No, we should've called and told you. Sorry bout that." She waved dismissively and headed into the kitchen for some coffee.
Piper stared after Phoebe then turned to Dani. "Sorry, she's... we're working on her manners. Sorry for giving you a scare, we figured he would've told you."
She walked Dani to the door. "Good luck with your demon bear thing."
Dani
"Thank you." Dani said, shaking Piper's hand. "I think we may need it. Thank you for all your help. May I ask, is there anyway we can contact you incase we need backup? Well, beside's the phone of course. If we need your help straight away?" Dani asked, hoping she wasn't asking too much.
Piper
"You can probably just say 'Paige' and she'll hear it. But we're leaving for the heavens on the 5th, so I'm not sure when we'll be back. But good luck with your thing."
Piper held onto the door, getting ready to close it.
Dani
"Ok, thanks again, bye" Dani said, running down the stair's & jumping into the car. She started the ignition & drove of, back on the way to Phoenix.
Pretty soon, the group was driving out of Tulsa, with their weapon against the Demon Bear with them. Within hours, they would be in, what may be, one of the toughest battle's of their lives. That is, if they survive it.
