Carmen and Bob
Carmen and Bob landed in the brush behind the Wilow Brook Inn at twilight. "Whoa, head rush," Bob declared. "That was so cool!"
"Yeah, isn't it?" Carmen smiled. She handed Bob some black clothes from her backpack.
"This is covert ops, put these on," Then she went and changed into a tigh black outfit that allowed her to move freely. Gotta love spandex and lycra.
"Okay, so now, we stake out. We sit here and wait for them to show up," she said. So they waited.
Carmen
At eleven, the scientist showed up. The mercenaries showed up an hour later, with a little girl, dressed in traditional Muslim dress bound and gagged. She looked like a normal little girl, except for her lavender skin.
"Are you sure it's a mutant?" The first scientist asked.
"Just look at it," one of the kidnappers replied.
"Why, yes, it certainly is a fine specimen, well worth the amount we agreed on." The exchange was just about to take place when Carmen and Bob decided to enter the small yellow building.
Bob created a circle or electricity around the scientists, while Carmen took out the mercenaries.
"By order of the US Secret Service and the OSS, you are all under arrest," Carmen told the men. Then she called for backup to come and take the men away. She ran to the little girl and began to untie her.
"Are you all right, dear one?" she asked in Farsi.
"Yes, but I want my mommy!" the girls answered.
"We'll get you back to her," Carmen promised. "What's your name, sweethart?"
"Mahtob." Carmen smiled. Moonlight, such a pretty name.
