11 June 2003 - Back to LA

Barry and Robin

Barry and Robin waved to the few fans that had come to see them off at the airport.

"We'll see you next tour!" Barry called with a smile, as they made their way through the metal detection and toward the plane.

Robin sighed, digging his hands in the pocket of his trenchcoat as he followed his older brother onto the plane. A few bodyguards were ahead and behind, just in case anything went wrong.

They finally found their seats toward the front of the plane, and settled in. Finally, the other passengers made their way aboard.

"Well that was a whole lot of use, wasn't it?" Robin commented cockily, looking out the window.

"Oh give it a rest Robin," Barry frowned, "at least I was able to help at the meeting about the bombs. Would you rather I hadn't?"

"To tell the truth Barry Alan, yes, I would."

"Why?"

"Well you shouldn't be dragging yourself into these situations. You do have a life to get on with you know, and so do I. They had plenty of seers to assist them as it were."

Barry sat silent for a moment.

"Well at least we are getting on with life. That's the point of going back to Los Angeles."

"We should never have left in the first place."

"I had to see those boys, Robin. You know that."

"No Barry. I'm not sure that I do anymore. It was completely pointless afterall."

"But it might not have been."

"Well you're the psychic, aren't you?"

Barry glared, but Robin hadn't moved his gaze from out the window.
