9 June 2003 - Business meetings

Christina

Mouse drifted in and out of conscioness as Christina changed the strength of the sedatives she was being given. Numbly she registered as Christina stripped her pants off, the hunter cursing as she did so. Well, that's what you get when you forget that aliens need to pee too, dumb ass. Christina turned up the IV feed to give Mouse the maximum dosage. She didn't need the alien waking while she was gone.

Christina dumped the girl's jeans in the wash and sighed as she scrubbed her hands. This was getting more complicated then she had thought it would. Exterminating them was so much easier...but this was boding to end up well. She left for her meeting.

Soon, she was sitting in the resteraunt of one of the large hotels in Mexico City. She crossed one silk stockinged ankle behind the other, newly manicured fingernails drumming on the table top. You need to dress to impress, wherever you are and whatever you're doing. Put on the right camouflage. Christina looked sleek and businesslike in a black skirt suit, hair drawn back from her face in a French knot and cool impersonal shades covering her eyes.

"Miss Jones?" An impersonal Mid-Western accent asked her. She looked up.

"Mr Black?" Sometimes the oldest names are the best ones. A solid looking older man with silver hair, dressed similairly to her sat across the table.

"My superiors found your offer...intriguing."

Christina smiled coldly and sipped from her glass of chilled water. "I have what you've been looking for for a long time, Mr Black. An alien, who can disappear from sight without a trace. An empath, no less."

He raised his eyebrows. "Indeed? Well then."

"And in a few days, I may be able to garuntee you more subjects. Mexico City has such an unfortunate history of stupid gringos not making it back to their hotel rooms..." She arched an eyebrow, gaining an appreciative chuckle from the FBI agent across from her. Of course, she wasn't supposed to know that.

"We will pay two point five million for this one. We will discuss other prices as you contact us."

"Agreed."

"Nice doing business with you." Mr Black rose to his feet and she did as well, shaking his hand. This was a much better punishment then just shooting them. And they made restitution this way as well. "We will be awaiting your call with pleasure, Miss Jones."

"I hope to call soon." He nodded once, then walked away, disappearing into the streams of humanity that flowed past the windows of the hotel. Christina finished her drink, then went to the toilet. Soon, she was dressed in a new persona, clothes ripped and flushed down the toilets and she made her way out of the back of the hotel via the employees entrance. She had an investment to check up on.
