A bunch of councils - Joy
After the seers had their visions, there was a big meerting planned. The YIRAAS council, the IDTF earthly sub-council, and the Watcher's council were all meeting at YIRAAS headquarters in Tulsa, and all the known seers were asked to attend, as well as Leonardo Dicaprio, because he had encountered terminators in his time-travelling.
Professor Xavier had set up the Blackbird, (the X-jet) and he, Nyx, Sabre, Willow, Drusilla, Nathan, Enrique, Claudia and Leo were all flying to Tulsa together. As they entered the building's lobby, they saw Giles, Priss, Wesley, Cordelia, Lorne, and a woman they didn't recognize.
"Good to see you again, Charles, although I wish it were under better cercumstances," Giles said.
"I feel the same, Rupert. It is always good to meet with an old friend, though I wish it were under happier terms. Shall we head up to the meeting room?"
"Yes, let's," he said, and they led the group upstairs, where the YIRAAS council was already waiting.
Tegan
Nyx, Sabre and Priss hugged thankfully and exchanged news.
"Nyx, love, thee looks so tired."
"I've had a lot of things on my mind lately." Nyx smiled at her sister.
"I know...oh, I'm so angry at the humans for the moment. Stupid, stupid children."
"Yeah, but what can we do except pick upt the pieces after?" Sabre shrugged.
Joy
Everyone began to sit around a big table, and before long the rest of the IDTF showed up. Max, Isabel and Michael looked hesitant, they were new to the IDTF, and this was their first big meeting, and of course it had to be such a serious one. The Elder gestured for everybody to sit down.
"I suppose it is time for us to begin," he said. "I suppose we should begin with introductions. Please be brief, since we have so many people her. State your name, power, and affiliation." He gestured for Professor Xavier to begin.
"Hello, I am Professor Charles Xavier. I am a high-level telepath, and I run a school for mutants."
"I am Rupert Giles, a human sorcerer and a Watcher. I am the head of the Watcher's Council."
"I'm Max Evans. I'm a Healer, and I'm," he swallowed. "King of the Semirellians."
"I'm Isabel Evans, a Dreamwalker, and Princess of the Semirellians."
"I'm Michael Guerin, destruction, and I'm the First Leutenant of the Semirellians."
"Leonardo DiCaprio, Time-navigation, and I'm a Dathrian-human hybrid."
"Claudia Alvarez, I have flight and I'm a seer, mutant-sSemirellian hybrid."
"Enrique Alvarez, Brakken-human-mutant hybrid. Invisibility and visions."
"Cordelia Chase, human made part demon, and former PTB. I'm a seer."
"Wesley Whindam-Pryce, Watcher and sorcerer."
"Willow Rosenberg, human by birth, but I recently became a Wiccan Earth Goddess."
"Krevlornswath of the Deathwok Clan, anagogic and empathic Pylean."
When the got to Dru, she panicked. "No!" she screamed. "Too much order! It's all wrong!" And she darted into the corner.
Tegan
"Shh, lovely." Sabre ran to Dru and picked her up, crooning to her in Gaelic. "Dru love. Shh."
"Nyx, the Witch's familair, Bastet's daughter and walker of the Middle Path."
"Priss, the Weary Traveller, Bastet's daughter and Warrior for the Light."
"Sabre, Bastet's son and warrior of the Shades Between. Dru, can you tell them who you are? C'mon, lovely."
Sabre
Dru took a deep breath. "Drusilla, direct descendant of the first Nightwalkers, childe of Angelus, daughter of the stars. Seeress." she said, and then buried her face in Sabre's shoulder.
"Dark Prince, so scary here. These people don't like my kind, I can smell it, I'm not wanted!" she shook in his arms.
Sabre
Sabre stroked her hair. "I want you here, lovely. And me and me sisters will take on anyone who tells you otherwise. Calm down, pet."
Joy
"I was the one who forsaw it all first, anyway, they really do need me." Dru said, happy to let Sabre hold her. They went on with the introductuins.
"Ava Nicolae, I'm a doctor and a gypsy Shuvani, or high-priestess."
"Magda Wagner, Gypsy fortune-teller."
"Whistler, I'm an angel and Guardian of the Lost."
Nathan
"Nathan Harper, mutant. I see." Nathan shrank back into his chair shaking, every learned instinct telling him to runrunRUN! His hands shook as he shuffled his cards. "Future and what really is."
Michelle
"Tanya. Dathrian. Ga'Revali Master."
"Leroy Brown. Dathrian. Explosion.
Joy
The introductions went on, as the YIRAAS members and all others present introduced themselves. It turned out that the woman with Giles what nobody recognized was one of the seers from the coven in Devon, named Marita
"Okay," the Elder began. "It was Charles who asked for this meeting, so I will let him begin."
"Well," Xavier began, "First I would like to thank you all for coming on such short notice. I called this meeting because several seers have had visions of an upcoming war between humans and machines. Sometime in early august, a computer system called Skynet will become self-aware, and launch a full-scale nuclear attack on all of humanity. Drusilla, why don't you tell them what you saw?" Reluctantly, Dru stood up.
"The stars sing, and they were very clear. But blasts, like mushrooms, all over the world. Everywhere. People dying. Metal people killing people people. A boy, only 23, can lead the humans. I am to lead the vampires, and the demons shall all die." Dru said, and then fell back into Sabre's arms.
Tegan
"Click, click, click. One, zero, zero, one, zero, one..." Nathan shuddered. "The world will burn. Fire blazing to cover all, and all, and all..." He felt a hand on his shouder and gripped Nyx;s hand gratefully as he bit down hard on his lip.
"So, we have end of the world." Sabre shrugged. "We've danced this dance before, all of us."
Joy
Giles looked at him. "Sabre, some of us have face apocalypse before, but these folks," he guestured to the aliens. "They are new to this." Willow spoke up.
"I have domain over the earth. I can shield it some, but I am still very new to this, and I don't know if I can save the whole planet," she looked scared.
Tegan
"You know how often the world nearly does end? Just about every day." Nyx laid her head against Nathan's and purred comfortingly. "All the gods will join for this, Willow. None of them will wish to see the world die."
Joy
"Diana might, she'd fancy it romantic. And Hecate always loves chaos. But yes, Nyx, I get your point. Okay, so we need a plan. For one, we need to find this John Connor kid, I think." Willow said. "And,Sabre and I might be able to put a virus in Skynet, if we find it, and disable it."
Tegan
"We'll have to be extra tricky careful though, Dawnie lovely." Sabre looked up from whispering endearments in Dru's ear. "If this thing can think for itself...we'll need to go slow otherwise we could trigger it."
Joy
"Well, from what I understand, it isn't self-aware yet. WE really need to find this John Connor guy, is there anybody here who can locate him through Leo's description with just a name?" Willow asked the YIRAAS members.
Tegan
"If I saw him, I would know him. Me and little red can look. Can, can verify," Nathan offered, then shut his mouth again.
"Thanks, sweetie." Nyx ran her fingers through his hair. "So, can we like get a list of possibles? Can't be that many John Connors who are 23. Start in America then work outwards."
"What do you mean if you saw him, you would know him?" One of the Council Members asked. Nathan's eyes flared and he stood.
"It's who I am. I see *everything*. If he's the one, I'll know. Me and Chels. We will see him, see who he really is, and we will know."
"Calm down, Nathan." Nyx pressed Nathan back down into his chair, but the mutant still glared steadily at the one who continued to doubt him.
Joy
Professor Xavier spoke up. "Nathan has a gift called perceptivity. He can see who people are, their auras, things about them, things that are going to happen. It's an amalgamation of many powers. Chelsea has it as well, only without the visions of the future, he calls her 'little red.'" he explained.
"This is good. Leo, what can you tell us about what you know?"
"Well, like I said, I can navigated time. I can also sense what i refer to as 'holes' in time. I can tell if somebody else had time-traveled, and I can follow their trail. Several of these trails have led me to John Connor. I've met him, and his mother, and spoke to her. This is what I know. In the early 80s, a machine called a terminator, which looks human, came back in time from, 2035, or something like that, I can't remember exactly. He came back to kill Sarah Connor before she ever had her son. The Resistence sent back a soldier to protect her. They fell in love and had one night together. She became pregnant and gave birth to her son John. In 1993, the Terminator came back again, this time reprogrammed to protect John from another Terminator. In the process, they blew up the company which they assumed would be responsible for the launch of Skynet, you probably heard about the cyberdyne bombing back then. His whole life, John has been raised to be a military leader. He can fly or drive just about any vehicle that exists, can use any existing weapon, and is very good with computers, hacking, and reprogramming. They assumed it 1993 that they had stopped what they referred to as 'Judgement Day,' by destryong Cyberdyne. It now appears that they were wrong. I went to the future this morning, and I talked to John Connor. He said that the government is going to launch the Skynet Military Defese system in order to get rid of a virus, unaware that Skynet IS the virus. Skynet will then become self-aware, and attemt to destroy all humans, aor all who they believe are humans. The US government is blissfully unaware of our existence," Leo chuckled. "That's what I know."
One of the younger YIRAAS members spoke up. "But if you know this guy, why can't you just conact him? You said you've found him before, why can't you do it again?" Leo sighed.
"I've talked to him in the past and in the future, not the present. John Connor lives off the radar, has ever since Sarah died. He lives so that nobody can find him. No social security number, no phone, never stays in one place for very long. He knows that if Skynet can find him, they will kill him." Leo told them. "Perhaps the Professor can find him with Cerebro, but other than that, I would have no clue as to where to look right now. But we can't interrupt destiny. On whatever day the bombs fire, we can NOT interfere with John's life. He and Kate will be reunited that morning, and must survive it together. Yes, it would probably do us good to talk to him, and us having this warning may help, but if there is one thing I've learned from my power is that the future is very fickle, and we have no right to interfere with destiny."
Tegan
"To interfere with what must be can have further reaching complications then you know. F'r instance, my death is linked to the fact that I came to the Mansion to teach Chelsea. But when I weighed it up against my other option, I decided to come quietly." Nathan grinned, weariness all too plainly seen in his eyes by the other people in the room. He sighed, and then clapped a hankerchief to his mouth as he coughed, shoulders shaking.
Joy
"Now, Enrique," the professor spoke up, "You had a different vision?"
"Yes. I saw John Connor and Kate Brewster being attacked by a lady robot. She was trying to kill them, but a very big guy was protecting them. I think he waqs a robot too."
"Enrique," Leo spoke up, "What did he look like?"
"He was a very big man. Big muscles. Cropped short hair, leather and black sunglasses. He has a dimple in his chin, and big arms." The little boy described the T-101 the best he could.
"That sounds like the Terminator. The one the resistance reprogrammed. He's been programmed to protect John Connor at all costs."
"I also saw a place in the mountains," he said, slowly, trying to find the right words, his English was much, much better, but still not perfect.
"It was, under the mountains, I think. Inside. Hidden. It's a big place, with very old computers, the kinds from those old movies from the 70s," he explained. "And that stage that you always see on tv, when the president or someone important gives a speech." Enrique had been watching a lot of American movies lately.
"The Presidential seal," Claudia interjected. "I saw it too."
"But you can't even see!" a woman exclaimed. Calmly, Claudia responded.
"My eyes may not work, but I see more than you. I see the future for every person. My twin sees the past. When we hold hands, we see everything."
Tegan
"All I see is blood and death, and the bombs falling. Machines, click, click, click. Killing." Nathan closed his eyes tiredly.
Joy
Professor Xavier looked around, at the Elder, Walker, and evveryone else. "We called this meeting to come up with some constructive ideas to help us get through this dark time. Does anybody have any thought?"
AiMsTeR
Walker had been quiet for quite some time, just comprehending what he'd been told so far.
"Can we pin point a time when this will happen?" he finally looked up toward the seers.
"I can't," Barry was the first to admit so.
"Because..." Walker went on, "if this isn't happening this year, or next year, I believe we need to focus on something else entirely. The location of the explosive device."
He looked around as most people gave them confused looks.
Sighing, he stood from the table.
"My son was recently involved in a kidnapping incident, which some of you here either already know or were involved in the rescue. He was made to translate in incription which detailed points of an explosive device set many years ago to detinate this year. We don't know when or how this will go off. It is not even in this country, and it will be big enough to completely demolish half the globe."
"Thank you for the explanation," The Elder nodded, "can anybody specify a time?"
Joy
Cordelia's head snapped back, her eyes turned white and her eyelids began to flutter.
"August 6th, 2003," she said. "6:18 pm. That's when the first nuclear weapons will be launched."
"Yes," Drusilla said, "When the summer sun is high in the sky. I told you this summer!" she said, upset that nobody was listening to her. Dru pouted.
"Sabre, are you sure I can't eat them? They're not being very helpful."
"Here, let me check," Leo said, and he suddenly disappeared. First he went to August 7th, bombs had hit everywhere. Then he went to 2035, to talk to John Connor.
"John, sorry, They want to know where they can find you in May, 2003."
"They who?"
"A big council of all these different people, aliens, supernatural people, people from other worlds, they're trying to prevent Judgement Day."
"It can't be prevented. There's no stopping destiny."
"I know that better than anybody, remember? But they don't seem to want to listen to me. Do you know where you were staying May 20th, 2003, about 2 1/2 months before Judgement day?" John thought about it for a bit.
"I was working a temp job on a construction crew in LA. That's your best bet, I think."
"Thanks bud. We'll meet again."
"I know we will," he said, smiling. With a pop, Leo disappeared and reappeared at the meeting.
"Right now John Connor is working a temp job with a construction crew in LA, or at least thats where he thinks he was right now. And I verified it. On August 7th, this year, the world will be covered in dsestruction." He grimaced at the memory.
Tegan
"But sometimes fate can be...twisted." Nathan looked up. "Perhaps we can minimise the effects. Or something. We can prepare at the very least."
"Spells and wards and circles," Nyx said.
"Bunkers, bomb shelters, generators and other handy dandy things useful to surviving the nuclear winter. I suggest we all start relocating from places near big cities that will be targets. Xavier, you might want to move the school from near New York." Sabre petted Dru's hair. "And I think we better start looking up survivalist site on the web. And invest in weapons and ammo." He laughed. "I intend to survive this, even if it means grabbing Dru and running like hell."
"We all have people we wilt want to protect," Priss said softly. "And I and my sibs have enough money that we can do this. Eternity leads to a long ranged perspective. We have plenty of money to aid any groups that find they may fall short."
"Priss...maybe we should buy a mountain and hollow it out. We could go deep. And who wants to attack a mountain?" Sabre shrugged. "The machines will try, but if we set it up right..."
Joy
Claudia didn't want to tell what she saw. She realized that not everybody in this room had long lifespans left. Suddenly, she burst into tears.
"Por favor, exucse me please," she said, as she held her arms out in front of her, blindly trying to leave the room, but she couldn't find the door. Sobbing, she fell to the floor.
Tegan
Priss ran to the girl, and picked her up. "Shh, shh. Where dost thee wish to go? I shall lead thee." Sabre looked up from holding Dru and smiled wryly.
"Why do all Seers hurt so?" He sighed. "I'm glad I don't see the future."
Joy
"Please, just take me outside. There's too much death here," she wept.
Tegan
"Come then. I will lead thee." Priss helped the girl to her feet and led her out of the room. "Dost thee wish to tell me, or dost thee just wish a shoulder to cry on? I would offer thee both." She sat them down on a couch, and started to purr comfortingly as she stroked the girl's hair.
Joy
"They, they're not all going to make it," Claudia wept. "Not all of them, and not all of their families, I can see it. It's going to be bad, Priss, it's going to be bad," she cried, as she clung onto Priss.
--
"My sister," Enrique explained to the rest of the room. Cannot see with her eyes. BUt she senses people around her, and she can see their personal future. Death frightens her."
Tegan
"Life always ends. To make way for new life." Priss never could understand why humans fought death so hard. When her time came, she would go gladly. "This will be bad, yes. But enough will survive so that the earth continues to sing to itself and grow. Perhaps it is better for some of them that they meet their end, and do not have to suffer through what is to come." Priss let the girl cry on her, stroking her hair and purring. "If I could, I would take all the children. I would not like to see what wilt most surely happen to the innocent in what is to come." Priss's eyes were old. "I have seen what happens to innocents in war."
Joy
"We are all innocents in this," Claudia said. "We shouldn't have to see. Priss, it's not fair, it's not right. Enrique and Me, and Nathan, and Chelsea, and Miss CHase, we're all so young, why do we have to see it all? Why are we burdened with this?" She started crying again. "We're cursed."
Tegan
"Thou art not cursed. Thou art a guide, so that others can follow the paths set for them. Perhaps the paths are hard and bloody, but the Powers That Be have at least used you to give us a warning. This way, perhaps we can save those that need to be saved. Would thee like to see what wpuldst most surely have occured without thy warning? There would be nowhere we could hide and fight. No one would be prepared, and more would die. This way...I still think we have a chance to alter the timeline." Priss got a tissue out of her dress and patted gently at the girl's face. "Don't cry so, sweetling."
Joy
"Thank you Priss. It just hurts. When I was three, my eyes stopped working. About then, I started seeing what would happen. My eyes turned white, and now I can't see, but I see what I don't want to. I can barely remember what it is to see anymore," She said, sniffling.
Tegan
"Wouldst thou prefer to be insane? Nathan and Drusilla suffer insanity in return for their gifts." Priss sighed. "Something is always withheld to compensate. For example, I and my sibs be infertile, but we live and live and live. Perhaps this may help ease the pain..." Priss put her hands on either side of Claudia's face and spun a gentle illusion for the girl's minds eye. Grass and sun and children laughing. "Tell me what thou wouldst see. Wouldst thou see my Egpyt?" Blazing sunlight, the murmur of a thousand tongues, the scent of age and spices, sunlight glinting from the Nile as the crocodiles and hippotamuses yawned the days away. "Tell me thy desire."
Joy
Claudia smiled. "I would like to see my brother's face. I lost my sight before he was born. And even when I hold him, I cannot truly see him. But no, I would not prefer insanity over blindness, nor would I want the pain that Enrique suffers with his visions. Though I wish I could take it from him, and have his pain. He is so small to suffer so." She said, ans she held Priss's hand tight, and saw through her eyes.
Tegan
"Thy family then..." Priss conjured their faces for her, the way they walked, what they wore today. "He is small, but I think he be strong. Sometimes children are the most resilent. They seem to recover from almost anything..." Priss felt a brief pang of sadness, but stopped it from influencing her spell.
Joy
Claudia breathed a sigh of happiness at the sight of her family.
"Gracias, Priss. I think I am ready to return to the meeting now," she said, taking a deep breath.
Tegan
"Only if thee be sure, sweet. They will not mind. Nathan, Drusilla, Cordelia and a few other Seers be there as well. Thou hsouldst not tell those who are to die, that it will happen. That is too hard for a being to live with." Priss smoothed Claudia's hair away from her face. "Let them have their ignorance."
Joy
"I'm afraid that they will ask what I saw. I do not want to say, but I am afraid to lie. Do not let them ask me, Miss Priss, por favor?"
Tegan
"I wilt avert their questioning for thee." Priss pressed a kiss to the girl's forehead. "Do not tell me what thee saw, either. If it wilt not help, thee needst not tell. Just...make suggestions. Shall we return inside?"
Joy
"Yes, please," Claudia said, as she let Priss lead her into the meeting.
They came back into to the meeting to see Willow conjure a globe and a scrying crystal. She shut her eyes and concentrated. The crystal dropped and attached itself to where the bomb was.
"This is where the explosive device is hidden," she said.
Tegan
"Why does everyone want to destroy the world?" Sabre complained. "You'd think they would want to keep living as well. And what's the point of killing everyone? Means you don't have anyone to rule over."
"Hush, Sabre," Priss said.
"Just saying..."
AiMsTeR
"The bomb was not set by anyone of this soil," Walker explained, studying the map, "it was another alien race hell bent on destroying us many years ago."
He hesitated and looked around.
"And unfortunately we have the Spider to thank for this discovery. The Spider is a dangerous telepath," he quickly explained to those who didn't know.
He turned to Wayne who immediately stood.
"Can you take this globe down to your security level and..."
"We will take the appropriate measures, Mr. Hanson," he nodded.
Then Walker turned to Leroy.
"I know it was only a quick decision for you to come today, Mr. Brown, and I am now thankful for it. Will you accompany these soldiers to Australia to seek out and disarm this bomb? We may need your power's involvement."
Joy
Willow felt the need to supply some information, but she felt like such an outsider, she held up her hand as if she were in class.
AiMsTeR
Janet looked toward Willow with an almost disgusted look.
"Yes?"
Joy
Willow suddenly felt very small and uncomfortable. "Um, I don't mean to be rude, and I eally don't want to be condescending, but I'm the goddess of the earth. I have domain over all things and ones on the earth, with the exception of other gods," she looked at the cats. "If you'd like, if it would be easier, I mean, I can teleport to where the bomb is, right now, and disable it. It should only take a few minutes." She shrank back in her chair from the botchy woman's evil glare.
Tegan
Nathan stood abruptly. "I'm leaving. If this cannot work, then we die. I don't like to look at your deaths. They're going to be quite painful if you all can't work together. And you're all giving me a headache." He left the room, holding a hand to his eyes and head pounding. Priss tsked tsked. Nyx snarled, and headed after Nathan.
"Idiots. Nathan, wait."
"I can't bear it. The blood. All I see is blood." The mutant slid down the wall outside the conference room and started to weep. Nyx sighed and sat down next to him, cradling his head and stroking his hair as she purred. "Why must I see? I want to die. I want to die and rest. Sleep. Is that such a bad thing to want?"
"No, no. You've had a hard time of it. Shh, Nathan, sweetie." Nyx soothed the insane mutant.
Joy
Claudia sighed, and picked up her brother's hand. "I'm sorry, but I too can see nothing but death. Enrique, we need to go. Now, please." The small, blue boy got up and led his siter out the door. They went downstairs and sat in the lobby, waiting for the professor to come and take them home when it was all done.
AiMsTeR
The Elder sighed.
"We know this is all so very stressful for the seers, and thank you to those who remain in this room," he nodded to the seers standing around, "I am sure no one blames them for wishing to leave. Walker? Leroy? What do you consider the best action?"
Michelle
"Prevention is better than cure, after all," Leroy said. "But we have to be prepared for the worst. Underground sanctuaries are important for survival on the planet, but what about off the planet?"
"Off the planet?" Tanya repeated. "A space station?"
"Yes. We have people among us with the powers to do this quickly and efficiently. We can 'borrow' a shuttle from our friends at NASA. The minimum we'll need is a metalkinetic, a technokinetic and a planter. A teleporter, a light maniuplator, and probably a healer would also be recommended. Amongst them they could get the basics started. We would also need to make two teleporter amplifiers."
"What? Are you mad?" Tanya exclaimed, then turned to everyone. "For those of us here who don't know - and I wouldn't blame you - a teleporter amplifier is just what it says. It amplifies a teleporters teleport range immensely. Of course, they also have to be constructed properly. It takes at least a Ga'Revali Expert, a metalkinetic and a technokinetic to construct and it also needs to be calibrated to the teleporters who are going to be using it. They are extremely difficult to construct - in case you didn't notice by the different kinds of people you need. If even the slightest thing is out of alignment by the barest measurement, any teleporter using it could be killed, and anyone being teleported by it have this tendancy to disappear into nothingness."
"Still, they would be the best way to get people to and from the station," Leroy pointed out. "We can't go using NASA's shuttles all the time. The best part about this station, I'd say, is that even if we manage to save the world, we will still have use for the space station."
A wry smile crossed Tanya's face.
"And at this point, I will take ther liberty of pointing out that Leroy has been wanting an excuse to build a space station for years. Too much Star Trek, says I."
"Hey, don't knock Star Trek."
"I'm not knocking Star Trek. I'm knocking you watching too much of it."
"You can never watch too much Star Trek."
"I don't believe you."
"No one said you had to."
Joy
Willow grinned. "This sounds good. But, you never answered, would you like me to go teleport to the bomb and disable it?" she asked.
Michelle
Leroy gave her an incredulous look.
"You're asking us for permission to disable a bomb that is intended to destory the world?" he asked. "Hey, if you can actually do it, I'd say go right ahead."
The Elder nodded.
"But that isn't the only bomb threatening us. Leroy, your plan has merit. And in any case - if we do manage to stop this senseless destruction, having the space station may be a good place to expand to to deal with this worlds growing population. Recruit all the people you need, and I'm taking you off your assignment so that you can be in charge of this one."
Leroy nodded and the Elder turned to the cats.
"Underground places will also be advisable. I would suggest you go ahead with your plan to buy a mountain. Perhaps that will make a suitable site for the second teleporter amplifier."
Joy
Closing her eyes, WIllow teleported to where the bomb was. Concentrating on all the powers of mother and earth, she disarmed the weapon, but left it where it was. THen she teleported back to the meeting.
"Okay, bomb no go boom," she said, grinning, and sat down, tired.
Tegan
Priss folded her hands in her lap and blinked placidly. "What else needs discussion?"
"You hungry, lovely?" Sabre asked Dru, a little worried. Didn't want her snacking on the people who could save the world, after all.
Joy
Dru held up a medical cooler. "Got some with me," she said. "It needs heating up. Not too overly hungry though." she kissed his cheek. "So sweet to me you are." she said, laying her head on his shoulder.
Tegan
"Aww, I'm always sweet to me girls, ain't I, Priss lovely?"
"Verily, Sabre." Priss couldn't help but smile at her older brother, despite the fact that he acted so much younger then her all the time. He did look after those he let into his life, for as long as they were there.
Joy
Dru pulled a bag of blood out of the cooler. "Pretty Kitty?" she asked Nyx, holding it out, hoping Nyx would warm it up for her.
